My first time at US Nails and I will definitely be back. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. Dalina did a great job!

Stopped in to get my nails done before a friend's wedding! They did an exceptionally amazing job with my nails and their attention to detail was just as amazing! I cant stop smiling! 10000/10000 recommend!

I loved coming here! I had such a good experience! The staff was all very friendly! Dalina did my nails took her time to make sure they were just the way I wanted! My nails turned out so beautiful and I am so in love with them! To anyone who is looking for a place to get their nails done has to come here

This is the only nail salon I will go to now! The absolute sweetest people you'll ever meet! They truly care about the work they do and make sure you feel valued and listened as soon as you walk in! They never make you feel rushed, always comfortable and make they do it right! They have always made it clear that if anything wasn’t to my liking, they would fix it. So glad to have them!

Walked in for a mani/pedi. Fabulous pedicure! Kelly did a fantastic job on the cuticles and eliminating any sore spots around the nail bed! Great massage, too! Ive never felt so relaxed in my life! Couldnt stop looking at my hands after my manicure and full set! Great cuticle care! Everything i could ever ask for! Even had a crack in a nail repaired. Price was surprisingly cheap! Will definitely go back with some friends! Thank you so much for everything!

I am not impressed with my dip nail service. My nail tech, Mai, was unnecessarily rough and careless with my nails. My fingers were bleeding afterward. The left side of some of my nails is not clean and smooth. She didn’t ask me what shape I wanted my nails or if I wanted them clipped, she just started on my nails. Also I paid for a manicure and all I received was my nails painted with dip. I’d choose another place to get your nails done.

I have been coming to this place for many years. They do a great job but I am unfortunately going to have to find another place. Most of the time they never have the color I choose. And most of the time they don’t even let me know so I can choose another one they just bring over a color they think is similar but it’s never what I really want. Last time I was in there I chose a color and when it was time to paint my nails they didn’t even bring the color over that I chose. They just used a color they already had at the table so I’m not even sure if they checked for my color and didn’t have it or if they saw the color they already had on the table and thought “close enough”. They didn’t say anything to me about it or if I was ok with a different color. It’s becoming very frustrating because the color they gave me looks exactly the same as the color I’ve had for the past 2 weeks and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get it changed. I never feel comfortable speaking up when I’m there so that’s my fault but we are paying customers and we should be getting what we want and not just whatever you want to give us.

I have been going to US NAILS for as long as they’ve been open. Today I went in for an appointment and was seated a half hour after my scheduled time, then left to sit because Karen decided to wait on someone else who’d come in that they knew! And at no point did she say someone else would help or anything to me but let me sit! Who does that? How do you not say something? US nails you’ve lost a long and loyal customer.

I used to go to this place all the time until this past year they have gotten so bad rude and careless. First of all, they don’t do a good job anymore. They finish pedi care so quick and it’s not even that good anymore. Every time I go for wax they make me go in the room and wait for so long. Few days ago my mom wanted to get wax and she told us to go and wait we waited there for over 25 minutes and no one bothered to come and several of the people that work there looked at us saw us waiting and didn’t do anything. My mom and I decided to leave since they have no respect. We walked and left and they didn’t bother to say anything! They let us leave. So so disrespectful and I decided I had enough! I will never go back to them ever! They went so downhill! From loyal customer to never going back again! Disrespectful

I love going to US nails. Karen was amazing and very accommodating. She did a wonderful job, the shopis very clean and everyone is really nice. I will definitely be back!

We've have been going in for years. The technician working on my nails first hurt me when filling, than it took forever for her to get my nails done. She kept messing up. At first she said she could do alittle design I wanted but ended up not being able to do it and Kelly had to do it. I felt badly but was there for three hours. I usually don't complain but was upset with the communication and how long it took.

Everyone here is always friendly and do good work. However, it would be nice if they interacted more with the customer and less with each other. I have had pedicures done where I have literally not been spoken to at all by the sytlist.

I came here 1-2 hours before closing time and when I got there a lady was looking at me strange and then told me what i wanted done, I said acrylics. She then told me that they were closed. I didn’t think they were closed because there was someone getting their nails done when I was there and their page says they close at 7pm and I got there around 5pm. I don’t remember the lady’s name but she had super short hair. There are some very sweet lady’s that work here so I give it 2 stars.

Jackie is amazing at pedicures! The whole staff does great work. Very friendly & nice atmosphere, my go to spot now!

If there would have been an option for 0 star I would have given it zero. I tried to make and appointment and the receptionist has been so rude trying to sell me what I was not interested in, then hung up on me. She was yelling and I couldn't understand what the hell she was saying. Terrible business.
