If you're going here to change your name or get a new card don't waste your time. I got turned away and told to go to Pittsburgh or baden. It was getting close to closing so I called the grant street location and the lady (im too nice calling her a lady) on the phone told me they would shut the door on me and they make no exceptions. Absolutely horrible to deal with these people.

Someone should update that this location only holds hearings. Waste of time traveling here.
