This place hates Total drivers an make sure they will move you to make room for there drivers and won’t put total trucks in there shop horrible business

I have a bpm at 2: pm, came in at 12: pm thinking things will be done quick if i come in early but to my surprise they never touched my truck until the next day this place is joke. Never bring ur truck if u are not assign to this terminal because u are going to be sitting around doing for nothing. If u don't listen good luck.

Not the best terminal to work with but usually pretty quick in and out. Quiet place to park for the night. I'd suggest getting a permanent shower and driver lounge built as they're currently using old trailers.

You are there just a number and nobody would respond your call even when you told they will call you. The respect you deserve won't see it. They will just push you on what they want and once you done or do a mistake they will find ways to get rid of you. They don't like someone smart or know a lot.

Well ok I’m not going say to much on here but the right person can look me up and I’ll tell them bout this place omg been here a while but this is.the showers? That’s all I’m done

We are a team and after we arrived to hotel Best Western we didn’t found room so they send us to other hotel and at morning they told us pick up our staff because we will be moving to Best Western hotel after finishing the orientation and leaving our staff in the office so bad.we are 13 drivers facing the same,
The orientation spend 3 days and the trainer (lady) was very aggressive & unfriendly like we are at bad school plus the food was very very very bad, and make a drug test.and test road
Next day change the class to service room and once you finished we waiting for long time and they only 3 ladies handle all drivers (professional & students),
Last day we picked our staff and waiting all day for they checking for everything and after 7 hours waiting they told us we have 3 months experience but not with the same company for that they not accepted us!
They not care for
1) we spend 3 days without work (no money)
2) they not care if you payment for transportation (gasoline & food)
So if you will going should be have confirmation for you status plus don’t go by your car tell us they rent one car for you because after 3 days if not hiring you, you will be lost every money you spend.
Finally us xpress hiring a lot off drivers now because they have a lot loads and after December will be not busy so take care for that

Shop was running a little behind, but got my truck in and out rather quickly. Terminal Manager Mark Viale was very helpful and knowledgeable with my needs and very friendly.

I'm beginning to think this company does not have much of an impressive hiring process. Many of these drivers are reckless. Unfortunately, I haven't the opportunity to see many on the highway. Yet, those driving Olde Scotland Road are not admirable.

It's a good company to start with but communication is minimum, always getting pushed around, asked to be redirected somewhere else and went through the process only to never be redirected. Plus their IPO has dropped down significantly since being introduced onto the market in 2018

I am not sure what kind of people you employ but they are not safe drivers if the driver that almost hit my car is any indication. Whoever was pulling trailer 911372 through Greenwood, Delaware at 4: 28 p.m. Was speeding and when he could not get past the car in front of him he had the idea to cross over into my lane, forcing me to hit my brakes so that he wouldn’t destroy the front of my car and cause an accident that would not only have hurt me but also the many cars that were behind me. I am not only angry but driven to tears; do you know how terrifying it is to almost be hit by a tractor trailer because of the driver’s carelessness? Not only did he almost hit me but he went in and out of the traffic lanes, it is not my fault that he was running late which is the only reason (a bad reason) that he would risk my life and the lives of all of the other people on the road.

Place has 1 washer and 2 dryers. There is always a long line. Showers are small. The food options suck.

Great place to get maintenance done if you have a few days to spare. If not, too bad. The simplest task takes these people all day to finish. Tire change? Prepare to sit waiting for at least 7 hours. BPM? 5 days. Good luck.

This place is the worst employer I’ve ever worked for, in professional, disorganized, they swindle you out of your money at every turn, old equipment to use, many situations put me working at less than minimum wage, and they hang you out to dry more often then not. Avoid this company if you can b careful out there people n best wishes

Not every trucking company is perfect but I've been here for 12 plus years and I haven't quit yet, I'm probably a lifer

Work for this company. Was team, now solo. Made $280 bucks last week due to truck needing to be serviced. This week will probably be less. They have me on the east coast. Its winter. Fleet managers contact is limited due to what I deem as uninterested. He seems overworked. That's just me making excuses. Team drivers are a dime a dozen. They pay for college for driver/student. Only good perk.

Packed full of unassigned trucks. No parking anywhere near the driver services. Parking lot full of pot holes. Disconnected apathetic staff.

The shop is always super slow here. The terminal and staff as a whole is an unorganized mess. Have fun getting an empty from that tight mess having to make other drivers move because there just isn’t enough space. This is the saddest terminal I’ve been to all the others are much better. It needs a remodel and the yard to be laid out better (on the empties side).

Only likes tall people who can go with the political policies of the company. The exercises to go through DOT physical has nothing to do with the job.
