We needed a new metal roof on garage and they were here when they said they would be and did a wonderful job.

Everyone involved was professional and thorough. In addition to installing a new roof there were several repairs I needed addressed which were completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

A few years ago we had Garvin put a metal roof on our home. It was a nightmare from beginning to end. Recently a tree fell on our home and destroyed the roof. Knowing we needed to replace, we started researching other companies. In finding USA Home Improvements, I was instantly impressed. From the welcoming phone calls, continued updates on when the crews would be out to replace the roof AND gutters. I've been nothing but impressed. We purchased this vacation home in August, '22. We needed siding, windows, and 4 sliding glass doors. Our experience started with Tom, the salesman. Tom was punctual, very professional, and pleasant. He explained the different products they would be using, pointing out the benefits of how these upgraded products would make a difference compared to another contractor doing a standard siding job. (We had another contractor quote the job too - same work - they were $2000 less but all the guy talked about was that he was going to get the doors from HD because they were on sale (probably the windows too) and I recognized that the products he said they used on the job were inferior to those proposed by USA. That contractor ended up ghosting us). John came out to measure the job soon after we accepted the quote. They called us about 3 weeks later to schedule a start. A few weeks after the scheduled start date, John came out with his crew and they began. (Since it was construction during the winter in the Poconos, we understood that times can vary according to other jobs that were being completed prior to our start.) Our experience with the crew was that they were respectful of the property and our wishes. As it was a jobsite, we understood that the area would be somewhat "dirty. " John assured us that the site would be cleaned up. The good news and bad news is that they were using stainless steel nails (good) and stainless steel is not magnetic (bad) - so each nail on the ground had to be individually picked up. At the end of the job, they did a good job of collecting all the trash. The windows and doors were of good quality and work well. During the job, John kept us in the loop. They repaired all of the bad wood and actually rebuilt a portion of a rotted porch wall (that we were not aware of) before they applied the siding in the course of doing the job. Unfortunately, our job was being done during the winter and the weather affected the length of time it took to complete. I have to assume that if the weather was clear, the job would have been done much sooner. John gave us several opportunities to examine the work and request adjustments. Fortunately, John was always responsive and adjustments were minimal. John gave us a status report on our roof (very helpful) without any indication that he was pushing to expand our job. After everything was finished, Brad came for payment and made sure to inform us that if there was anything that needed adjustment or repair, to be sure to call. Overall, my wife and I feel confident that our money was well spent.

We needed a new roof very quickly and the team came out to do the consultation within a couple of days of the initial call. We were given several financing options that fit within our budget and the roof was completed within 6 weeks of the initial consult. Always able to talk to someone on the phone and team was very responsive to any questions and/or concerns that we had. Would 100% recommend USA Home Improvement Solutions!

From the first phone call to the completion of the roof installation USA was very professional, quick and very responsive.

We really appreciate everything that was done. USA Home Improvement Solutions is the company to use. They installed a metal roof on 2 of our buildings in the past. They do excellent work so we came back for them to do another metal roof on another building (#3). Price wise, it was comparable to a shingle roof but with a lifetime warranty against leaks.

Great choice of colors. From the initial visit to install was very fast. The price was not much more that a shingle roof and should last much longer. Looking forward to hearing the rain now.

We had USA home improvement put a metal roof on over this past summer and it was the best decision we have ever made. This year we have had alot of snow which used to mean calling someone to shovel the roof because of ice dams well not this year the roof is draining water not backing up like it used to what relief! We should have looked into this years ago.
