Good experience from start to finish. I live in a 1920s home that had no insulation in the walls. Travis was very courteous during the insulation process, Bryce, who initially set us up, was awesome to work with as well. Guys did a satisfactory job cleaning up post-installation as well.

I had injection insulating for my basement done by this company.
The job was very well done, however when I had my consultation, I specified the basement only was to be done.
When the technicians arrived, they did the walkthrough of the basement, I mentioned that it was the only part to be insulated.
Evidently they weren't listening. They proceeded to remove the siding to insulate the house itself which was already insulated.he house is only 33 years old.
I am glad I was home to stop them, otherwise it would have been a disaster.
With all that being said, I was pleased with the overall product and the quality of the service.

Fast installation and experienced installation technicians. Did a great job, clean install and big difference, a lot warmer and no more cold spots in that section of our house.

These guys are crooks. I had them give me an estimate for spray foam which I agreed to and gave a deposit. Work was scheduled to begin three weeks later. Three days prior I received a call to reschedule for a week later. This would have cost me an additional days pay and also additional $ to reschedule other contractors.
I asked for my deposit back since they had breached their own contact. It has been 2 months and several times that I have contacted usa insulation about this. Keep getting various excuses.

I was pleased and satisfied with all aspects of my experience with this company. Everything from the initial inspection to determine what needed to be done to the installation and cleanup.

I highly recommend USA Insulation of Northeast PA if your considering insulating your home. Professionalism and customer service they are not short on. Showed up same week I reached out for a quote and came two weeks later to install. I am remodeling an older home and the studs were far from 16" on center and to install fiberglass batts would have been a nightmare not to mention would be timely. After installation I noticed a big difference the next day when I came back to the house.

Didn't do good job I remodel to see they didn't insulate half of the house i have pictures of inside of walls has nothing to do with structure at allyou guys were supposed to come back a 3rd time to own up to your fault in which failed to show. Also sprayed hard foam all around my electrical panel box for what reason is unknow makes it impossible to add new circuit and replace wires.
