The first time I showed up for my appt they didn't even have it in the system so I had to go through the call center again to make another one. The second time I showed up the lady doing the ultrasound stops halfway through just to double check my insurance and tell me they don't accept my insurance and I can either pay for a full ultrasound or they can do a short one as a free consultation. The people were nice there just incompetent with the insurance information. Don't think I would go back.

I visited this office with swelling legs/ankle back in November 2022-Jan 2023 and received plenty of laser evlt and other varithena procedures but it didn't help at all my swelled leggs. I am still having swelling legs like it was before visiting this office. I feel I wasted my time and money. When I visited other professional hospital doctors was told that I shouldn't have received these kind of procedures and just wear compression stockings entire of my life since there is no solution in the world medicine yet, when you have issues in the deep veins which can't be identified in the ultrasound test 100%. Also there is unprofessional workers in the front desk and billing department. They schedule your appointments and send you bills which is not matching with the actual dates that you have been scheduled or visited the office with extra inappropriate bills. When you call, you will not able to reach the office you have visited, but you will reach customer support and they will do so many other mistakes on your bill and appointment schedule system

This is one of the worst medical centers you could possibly go to the bill Medicare than harass you on the phone for more money, even though they got paid

I hate writing reviews, but this place feels like a smash-and-grab, and I hate the idea of someone else experiencing the same issues I'm going through and losing money/time.

Looking at the reviews, it appears one of the doctors is impressive (even though bots are leaving some of the reviews), but the doctor I had was unprofessional. He will set a schedule of several appointments (every EVLT treatment has a necessary "15min" follow up so I scheduled over 8) and assume he will only attend half of the appointments. If something comes up and it's an emergency, that OK, but let me know. I was taking off work for some of the appointments, which is time I don't get back. One of my appointments was on a Monday @ 10 am, and when I arrived, doors were locked with at least three other patients waiting outside. I waited a half hour, and no one showed, and I have yet to receive a call about that day (I received a text message from the company while I was waiting asking where I was lol). He didn't seem interested in the job, which is fine, but don't drag me along when I'm coming to you with a severe issue.

The only reason this is a two-star is that I feel for the staff. The job is difficult when you don't know if the doctor is showing up that day, and you need to make excuses for him. They were sweet and apologized, but it was never their fault.

I can't even get into all the craziness I experienced, and it would take many more paragraphs to explain fully. I have had vein issues and approached legit professionals, but the cost drove me away. I went with USA vein because it was affordable, but there is a reason why. I hope folks like me can avoid the issues I had and save their money and get some real help.

Also, I'm not going to interact again with your company, so don't waste your time with that scripted response to bad reviews.

Where do I start!? The location is perfect, there are lots of shops and places to eat close by but I don't have to worry about bumping into anyone I might know before a procedure. The office is beautiful and so is everyone that works there! The receptionist was so polite and happy to calm my nerves. I felt very welcomed and at ease as soon as I sat down to wait for my consultation. Then, I got to meet Dr. Shiloh Aaron and everything made sense! He is everything that his staff portrays, kind, patient, welcoming, etc. I felt like I was part of the family. He has done such a great job putting his practice together, I was left truly impressed. My procedure went exactly as explained, if not easier, and I can't wait to go back! They also have little parties here and there for their clients where they raffle off procedures for free! Score!

My wife saw Dr. Shiloh Aaron for some small spider veins that had been bothering her. I really didn't see anything wrong with my wife's legs, I think she has beautiful legs and you can't even see any of the veins that she is complaining about, but my wife has microscopic eyes. First, the office is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. After consulting with Dr. Shiloh Aaron, he informed my wife that she didn't need anything done on her legs and if he did it would not be morally correct. Then when I was going to pay for the office visit, Dr. Shiloh Aaron refused to accept the consultation fee. He said I did not do anything so I can't take any money from you. It's really not about the money, it's about the principle of the matter. In Los Angeles, you can find many physicians who would love to take your money and do whatever you wish cosmetically whether it's right or wrong. I appreciate Dr. Shiloh Aaron's honesty. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest Vascular surgeon.

Don't waste your time if you have insurance. Wasted an hour of my life, 30 min drive and 30 min of them trying to get their system to work. Overheard workers stating it hasn't worked right in a long time. Will not be making another appointment to waste my time.

I recently had my vein in my leg done by Dr. Fitzsimons John and his team. I have to say they did an outstanding job. I've never seen an establishment with such happy employees. Everyone was so nice and professional. It was such a pleasant environment. Dr. Fitzsimons John and his assistant made me feel at ease about the surgery. I had such great results after. Now I'm in zero pain and am healing wonderfully. I recently went to their new location and it's beautiful! Ladies you're going to love it!

Dr. Shiloh Aaron has a great balance of what needs to be done to fix the underlining issues relating to the health of the veins and how to maximize the end result cosmetically as well without going too far to cause long-term harm. I'm an extremely active athlete and had varicose veins for the past 15 years and feel great. One piece of advice is don't assume this is a quick fix - this takes time and patience to do it right but worth it.

The doctor is amazing - he was so persistent and detailed and made sure he took care of all of my stubborn little veins. I am so excited about the results and I am so happy that I took a chance and chose this clinic. I would recommend them to anyone. Seriously.

Woke up this morning and decided to wear shorts.thanks to USA Vein Clinics, especially Dr. Bowers William, who is INCREDIBLY talented, patient, and caring. After Three kids and a family history of vascular issues, a bulging vein in my upper/inner thigh was inevitable. I was always insecure about the dark vein that was clearly visible, I called many, many Drs. And had consultations, in the end, it is very important not to go to a cosmetic surgeon or a dermatologist who may offer laser or alternate procedures, you will not get the results you intend. This condition will cause a circulatory problem in the long run (if not already) go to a specialist. That's what USA Vein Clinics is an expert at and has much experience, knowledge, and modern tools/tech to support your intended results.

The staff is really amazing, they are so nice and attentive, from the front desk to the doctor. I'm really happy I came here, I just did the treatment for spider veins, I'm waiting for the result but I'm sure it's going to be good. They do a really good job, the service is really good. I hardly recommend this place. Thanks, doctor, and thanks to everybody there for your amazing job and kindness.

A fabulous experience here today. My problem isn't severe. My concern was less cosmetic and more vein/artery related. They took me in on time and my exam was SO thorough. The two gals at the front desk were both lovely, and Dr. Shiloh Aaron was so complete in answering all my questions. He gave me the advice to correct my problem and of course, offered to treat my small areas of concern.
