My parents send me a package from China, it been sitting this place since
July 25,2020. I live in central Pa area, I went to local post office THREE times, they send email through their system THREE times to this place. NO ANSWER YET! Tracking Number: CP311997846CN. FIND MY PACAGE ASAP! PLEASE!

Package worth over 300$ mysteriously went missing at this location have been able to make no contact with anyone as to where the package is, long story short i’m out all tht money and have been unable to get anyone on the phone to speak too

In and out, super fast by appointments, light loads.

Wishes:
1.directions for new people
2.signs on what to do when your an outside contractor (check in here.etc)
3.a guard or a sign that says, keep going, instead of their stop sign.
4. A note NOT to go to the gps, but to take the side road behind mcdonalds!

It's very difficult to run a business when packages are delayed. The philly distribution center has to be the worst. Ridiculous

Seems that whenever a package hits this DC, a day or more is added to the transit time. I know in this age of Covid, and increased home deliveries, to expect the occasional delay, but this has been happening long before 2020.
On average, I have 10 packages a week delivered to my home and even more to my place of business. Other carriers have nearly 99% on-time delivery, but USPS packages going through this facility is well under 50%. If my parcel hits the DC in NE Philadelphia, there is usually no delay, so what's going on in this facility? This gives the entire USPS a black eye, makes their tracking system seem inaccurate, and causes them to lose business. I am sure my customers appreciate the accurate tracking I give with another parcel service.
Three stars, cause they're not terrible by any means, but the delays leave something to be desired.

Very rude and nasty woman expeditor works in the mornings at 4-6 am by docks from 60 to 70! Stay away from this woman drivers! Even you say thank you she never answers! She hates truck drivers! She never communicates with drivers like a normal human! Never ever come back to this usps facility because of that expeditor! She doesn’t respect drivers at all!

I have had nothing but problems getting packages delivered
And calling usps was on hold for 1 hour 30 mins AND HAVE THE INDIAN NOT WANT TO HEAR WHY IM CALLING AND WHY AM I SO UPSET AFTER PACKAGE WAS PROMISED WAS MONDAY DEL THEN WENT TO TUESDAY BEFORE 9 PM NO SHOW THEN BY WND OF DAY TODAY BUT MY PACKAGE HAS CHECKED IN AND CHECKED OUF AT LEASE 5 TIMES AT. USPS Regional Facility

THEY MUST BE USING ALOT OF GAS RUNNING AROUND NYC. AND PHILA REGIONAL DIST

AND THEY WANT TO RAISE STAMPS AND RAISE THEIR PAY WHICH IS 17.00 -25.00+
PER HOUR

Someone from this facility stole the phone I shipped. It never arrived to the destination. I have the imei number and have reported it as stolen and a police report has been filed. You know who you are. Just return the phone.

Package has been sitting there being scanned for a week when it took it 2 days to get here from the Netherlands. How incompetent can u be? Also whoever works there answering the phones is so rude to people she should be fired.

Sat on my priority mail urgent xrays for 48 hours before sending it onward. Package now on track to take 6 days to go 200 miles. Well done PO.

I lost my mail because of a staff negligence and trying to call them was a night mare. Nobody answered after several calls.very bad experience with them

The worst in the country. Priority mails are misdirected MOST of the time. And if they misdirect it to jersey, you won't see it for weeks! Extremely incompetent. A complete embarrassment! Many times over and over!

My package were showing in this distribution center from 19th of December until now it hasnt moved
I am wondering if someone works in there stole it its been sitting there for month!
Tried to call usps cuatomer service they always says will open a seach request and look for it! But its been a month no one ever get back to me!

I dont know who works at the front desk, but when you call there is a lady who answers the phone and this has been the rudest person ive ever dealt when calling a usps facility. I hope you see this, you should be fired with that disgusting attitude of yours.

Normally their extremely crowded, and only have one person working. Depending on what time you go, if you get there early, their not crowded but twords the afternoon, there's a long line. Other then waiting I haven't had many issues, a couple times my overnight package arrived late, and once my package arrived open, luckily it didn't loose its contents, but things happen sometimes, so I understood it.
