I feel very comfortable and valued as a customer. The staff at UECU that I have had contact with are extremely kind and helpful. I started off slowly opening a savings and checking account, but the products and rates offered are very attractive and I plan to invest more money with UECU in the future

With all the scams out there it is good to know that UECU is closely monitoring your finances. Several "shady" charges on our cards have have been brought to our attention and dealt with easily. Great work UECU

The Utilities Employees Credit Union has been my bank for over 10 years and the staff is always their to assist in a timely manner and I can feel their smiles even over the telephone, wouldn't change my bank ever!

They had no fees as most credit unions don’t. Once they open to all of PA and were no longer for utility workers and family, they added a monthly fee. Trying to close the account is then a guessing game as they “submit the request”. Horrible customer service over the phone. Too many credit unions with great benefits and no fees to waste time here.

This is the highest level of customer care in the financial industry. If you're eligible for membership, do yourself a favor and sign up. If you ever wondered what it would be like to speak to a person when you call your bank.just sign up. If you ever had the fantasy of being treated like a human being by your financial institution, I have good news for you.just sign up.

Bank elsewhere. I recently tried to pay off an old debt with them. They do not accept payments over the phone and instead want a cashiers check or money order to pay off a credit card. So instead of a secure transaction they want a payment that could be lost in the mail.

Had a great experience getting a loan through the UECU. The whole process was quick and Bruce was very helpful throughout everything.
