Vale Wood Farms reviews
17I have been using Vale Wood products my entire life. I sent their powdered ice tea mix to my nephew who is stationed with the Marines in Okinawa Japan. It's a little bit of home thousands of miles away
Excellent family owned business. I love coming home from 180 miles away and always pick up a much as I can to bring back to Maryland
We get our milk delivered by Vale Wood Farm. Great reliable service and everyone is always friendly!
Very nice, friendly environment with great employees. Prices here are very reasonable and fair. I definitely recommend stopping by for ice cream & a hayride, or for all the pumpkins, gords, corn stalks, and mini hale bales for decorating that you need.
Always a great time and a definite must stop in fall. We've been to most of the local pumpkin patch/farms around the Johnstown area. Valewood by far is and always has been our family fav for years. Theres lots of little activities for the kids, Hayrides, face painting, ice cream, corn box etc. It never sems overly crowded either. A perfect little day trip that doesnt cost a ton of money! Also a great setting for those gorgeous family fall photos your trying to capture. Love this place.
Delicious ice cream and other dairy products. Friendly staff. Lots of thing to do in the side field and at the picnic tables.
My only complaint is I can't get there quickly! Lovely taste with the right amount of creaminess. Great variety and prices. Will return next time I'm in the area.
Great milk, ice cream, and other dairy products, always service with a smile. A wonderful local business! Fun activities for kids too.
A great place with great people. I grew up on Vale wood products and I'll never change
We visited from out of town for a wedding shower. Loved the large seating area under the tent. Lots of room for several guests. Beautiful scenery for the event. The weather was beautiful but had we gotten the storms that were predicted the tent would have been sufficient coverage. Lots of parking which is close to the tent.
I was disappointed the store didn't have more items but the cashier was very friendly. There was also a private event so I wasn't able to relly explore.
One of the must-visit spots in the area. The ice cream is wonderful, and the retail store is awesome. Family friendly and a great destination for a road trip
Really enjoyed their customer appreciation day. There was a lot of fun things for the kids to do. They are a wonderful locally owned dairy farm with delicious milks, ice cream and teas.
Every Monday morning the Vale Wood Dairy Fairy bestows fresh milk, iced coffee, iced tea, butter, eggs, and sour cream upon our household. Always tasty, always on time, reasonable prices.
Local dairy farm. They have some of the best dairy products. It's a little out of the way to get to. Prices are a little higher than average milk prices. The service is always good.
In addition to great products, Vale Wood Farms has beautiful photography backdrops set up for the holidays. It is completely free to visit and take your own photos which is amazing. They just ask that you stop by and purchase something from the store. The kids loved getting ice cream afterwards so that was an added bonus and a great price.
We have been getting Vale Wood milk delivered by milk man Dan for years, but this was our first visit to the farm and dairy store! The ice cream was fantastic and it's a great place to visit with kids!
