I don't know about other people's experience but, I had an appointment at 12 midday, I showed up at 9: 30 Am. I got put into a door right away. Not too shabby.
I got here at 8: 00 AM and my appt was at 11: 30 AM, they took my # and call me in bout 15-20 mts with a door.they are fast the only thing is that have to move your tandems hate that, lolz.
Nice people! Fast unloading, be4 appointment time, place for overnight!
Entrance goes alongside train tracks and there's plenty of parking in the back I did my 10 hrs break after they loaded me I parked alongside the hill in front of loading docks n no one bothered me
