3Terrible customer service. I called ahead of time with details to the rim/tire size to ensure they were able to accommodate the size. Other individuals with the same setup recommended Valley as that’s where they had theirs mounted. The woman answering the phone was very nice and said she would check with the boss. She called me back saying they could mount the tires on the rims. My husband took his truck over to have it done and the gentleman was very rude. Immediately said, “nope I’m not touching those” from inside the building without even looking at tires/rims. Waste of time. I would be appalled if that’s how my employees ever treated a customer
Very helpful at finding what I needed and others have recommended. But Cratty’s was cheaper and still did a great job. Helpful but not the cheapest in town.
