This place has screwed me over. I bought a couch in October they handed me the paperwork to it thank God I look over the stuff that I buy because the address was wrong. I told the girl behind the computer I said this is wrong you're gonna have to redo it. I gave her the correct address they said I would get a paper bill in the mail that I could pay it by the end of November. It is mid-december I still do not have a bill so I finally called those idiots sent the bill the end of October to the other address that I told them to correct. I will never purchase anything from this place again and if anybody ever asks me about if it's a good place I will steer them away from it. As there incompetent. Rant over. I am so mad.

Don’t buy anything from there, bought 2 couches from there a year ago with warranty. The seats started to sink in and when I filed a claim, they said that it’s due to normal use and that it’s not covered. If it was good material it shouldn’t have sunk in like that.
