Valvoline Instant Oil Change reviews
10 Much too expensive.didn't check my other fluids, and had the nerve to charge me 80.00! Manager was a total jersey and very combative!
Rest of the employees were very courteous and nice. The manager needs a people skills education! I worked in the car business for 40 plus years and this guy never could have worked for me. Too much attitude and too little information. Jiffy lube did much better by me and for much less money! I'll never go there again!
Reliability and excellent customer service
I recommend everyone to come Make oil change here.
Awesome service, good people’ all around.employees know very well their role as their job assignment I highly recommend getting your oil changed here and more
It was great, we grabbed lunch and were able to eat in the car while they did the service, they let you pull it in to the bay. It felt reassuring in these covid times.
I pulled in at closing time The night before Thanksgiving holiday. My transfer case was leaking and I talked to the manager about my semi emergency situation. He had me pull in and they checked all my fluids and topped off my transfer case fluid which was completely empty at arrival. My total bill was $0.00. These guys are awesome. I would have gladly paid but they are just generous and caring. I very much appreciate them and had a great experience.
They were full of all sorts of "recommendations" to be "thorough. " Air conditioning recharge and fuel line treatment, both of which were certainly not needed, especially on a vehicle with 28,000 miles. They reset all of the tire pressures to 35PSI, as recommended by the manufacturer, only they did not know, in their 270 hours of instruction that the tire pressure is set when tires are cold. It is not set when the customer has been driving the car for two hours and the outside temperature is 84 degrees. An error was also made in the next oil-change-recommended miles at 3,000 miles when the oil change was full synthetic. The recommendation in that case is 5-7,500 miles. Considering the increased revenue an error like that would generate and the treatment received by Hannah when calling customer service, I most certainly will not be returning to this location. Hannah was sure to tell me the owner of the franchise states ALL oil changes are recommended to be repeated at 3,000 miles. There is some coaching to be done.
I went here for the first time because they are conveniently open on a Sunday.when I drove up, both bay stations were full but I waited less than a minute or two before that changed. Extremely fast service and professional staff. I was greeted by a service technician named Christian who was very professional and helpful. They checked all fluids; I didn't even need to get out of my car; and I was in and out in under about fifty to twenty minutes, with almost no waiting of any kind. I recommend them!
Great place and very kind the girl that worked on my jeep was very nice and on point cute as hell too I wish I gave her my number!
Today Friday, I had to wait 1 hour to change the oil in my vehicle. This workshop only has one employee and it takes 38 minutes for each client. I never saw a valvoline so slow. It may be the slowest service in the entire United States.
Fast convenient and coupons always in the mail or online. For just a few dollars more than DIY, with none of the skullduggery. You never even have to get out of your car. Just the thing for busy people.
