Stopped in on Saturday to pick up my new Rolex. Damon was great! He’s very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He communicated frequently via email while I waited for the particular model I requested to become available. Would definitely recommend this jeweler, not only for timepieces, but for finer jewelry and engagement rings, which I couldn’t help but noticing on the few times I have visited. Very nice shopping environment with a friendly and caring staff all around. Keep up the great work!

Prior to making some purchases and they took the time to show us several items as my wife and I both had a difficult time deciding on what to end up because of a huge selection and options to go with. They were never pushy and we felt very relaxed during this time and after they offered refreshments and viewing many items we finally made our decision and left the store feeling very satisfied. I have made a variety of purchases for 10+ years at VM&B and have always had a very positive experience!

I was in VM&B 9 months ago to get service on an engagement ring that I had purchased from them. During my visit I spoke with Mark Maurer and expressed interest in a Rolex watch. The Rolex market has been very difficult to navigate in recent years with supply and demand. Mark was fully transparent about those difficulties and informed me that wait times have been closer to the 1-2 year mark for the model I wanted. Fast forward 9 months to the day, I get a call from VM&B to let me know the model I had expressed interest in was available and mine if I wanted it. I was stunned they were able to get one so quickly in the current market!
