Vaughan's Tree Services, Tarentum PA

Ordered firewood delivery from Vaughan's this past week. I've been a firewood hound for years. Cutting my own, finding different folks selling it. You never know what you're going to get, and sometimes its overpriced junk wood. Including an adventure to get it. Anyone looking for quality firewood should give Vaughan's a call. Vaughan's delivered Kiln-dried quality, clean wood at a competitive price, no hassle. Highly recommend if you're in the market for firewood. I'll be calling Vaughan's again when my stores run low and will look into their tree services too

They came out to my parents house and gave an estimate that was much lower than their competitor’s. Contract was signed and the work was scheduled. First scheduled date… no call no show. Second scheduled date… no call now no show. Third scheduled date… no call no show. They never call to apologize and reschedule. They leave that up to the customer. I’m surprised they’re still in business with this level of unprofessionalism.

Update: I emailed this review to Vaughan's Tree Service and Heather Vaughan's full reply was "I don't even know who you are? ". No attempt was made to find out how they continuously dropped the ball or who the customer was that they inconvenienced (It was MY PARENTS as previously stated. Had you READ the review you would have realized that.). This is the same Heather that scheduled my parent's tree removal for August 11th and after missing the appointment told my father she no longer handles scheduling and he needs to contact Bruce to reschedule. FOR A FOURTH TIME! Heather you have absolutely horrible customer service skills and if you weren't working for the family business your incompetence would probably prevent you from having a job at all.

After grinding and removal of stumps, Mr Vaughn walked around our yard giving us suggestions and tips regarding our various trees. It was much appreciated. Should the need arise, we would definitely recommend Vaughan Tree Service.

Having Vaughan's Tree Service do my tree work was a great experience from start to finish! Bryan showed up for the estimate appointment on time. He was polite and knowledgeable and provided me with suggestions on which trees to take down and which ones to trim. He also provided me with a detailed estimate. His crew arrived on the the scheduled day and time and were very professional and left my yard looking great!

We had them come to the house to remove a tree right above our home. They came out and brought the perfect crew and got the job done without any issues and left us with a completely cleaned up yard like they were never here! I will never use anyone else! The prices are worth every penny and the employees are so professional and friendly! Will recommend them over and over again!

Well worth the wait, they were professional and efficient. Like most services they are extremely busy and back logged, but got me done when they said they would.

If you want professional, prompt, amazing tree removal with awesome clean up and good communication, choose Vaughn. Bryan's teams handled full removal of 3 very large trees struck by lightning on my property. They were on time, polite, careful, and I never saw anyone ever take a break! Hard workers.and cleaned up beautifully. All work was done in a single day. There are cheaper services (my neighbor used one, who did the job partially- two visits- and still not done.) but Vaughn's is worth every penny.
