Helpless, doing nothing.
My dad came yesterday, but they didn’t doing anything for him. Last time we went together with my dad, they didn’t do anything too. I don’t know why they doing that. My PCP tell me they want my dad to do a new blood work. Why they don’t tell us before we came, we wait 3-4 month. Absolutely trash!

I scheduled an appointment for my mother who is elderly and has been having serious issues and needs to be seen. When scheduling the appointment they asked for her insurance ID card which I did not have on me at the time but I told the receptionist I would call back with the information but to keep the appointment. I called back quickly to provide my moms insurance information and she had canceled the appointment and wouldn’t give me a new appointment and I got upset and told her I was very upset and that she was not being helpful and the receptionist was the absolute nastiest, trashiest and ignorant person I have even spoken to and refused to make a new appointment for my mother while yelling at me. I am disgusted with this whole situation and the ignorance from the receptionist, you never yell at patients the way she did.
