Wonderful atmosphere, talented teachers and creative classes. Very warm and welcoming. Always a great experience in Carole & Kat’s classes!

Incredible studio with experienced instructors and a wonderful vibe. Many class choices for all levels. I mostly do flow classes which are are challenging yet meditative/calming.
