They did an amazing job with understanding the plans and availability for upgrades on my plan. Was at corporate store 2 weeks earlier and was told our plan was not eligible for an plan upgrades even with 6 year old phones. Found at this store that was not true and got upgraded plan and phone. Corporate store could learn from this location!
