Tyler was helpful with setting up my phone today. The staff is always helpful here! We dropped in unannounced and he was more than happy to assist us.

Transition so far from old carrier was easy. I don’t like that you can’t pinpoint the exact charges of each service at the time you order them, discounts especially, so you know that you getting charged what you were told

What a wonderful associate! So patient, polite, and helpful. He took his job seriously. He was just so kind to this nontechie. My experience was marvelous. Verizon really delivered quality service with Kyle.

I came in with troubles with mine phone only to find out it's been 4 1/2 yrs since I upgraded. Never the less one problem after the other was tended to and fixed by the clerk. Tyler was most helpful and made all work. I am so satisfied and glad Tyler was in today. Thanks again Tyler!

Kyle is the best sales Representive to ask for! So caring and compassionate and takes his time with you! He makes sure you are satisfied with your purchase. He takes care of his customers. He helps you when you do not know what to do with certain things on your device. He is so awesome! I am so glad I got him to help me. I am 100% happy. Love this store!

Of all the dealerships I’ve dealt with, this is my favorite. I absolutely love them. Every employee I’ve come into contact with has always been great to deal with and communicate with. Very professional. I never feel like they’ll pressure me to do unnecessary service or be dishonest with me about the needs of my vehicle. I recently learned of their valet/pickup service which makes my life even easier since I live a fair distance from them (40 min drive.) If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
