Christian was amazing helped go from prepaid to a normal Verizon account and hooked us up with 2 new phones for a great deal. Highly recommend for anyone to come see Christian!

-very personable
-most important gave us space to look at phones first before he suggested products, was not pushy at all
*keep in mind if you have a lot to transfer from one phone to the new one, it will take time… they have no control over that

Christian was very helpful, and even as more customers came in he brought up multiple screens and serve red up to 3 families at a time. Very good and quick.

Bo was very professional and has a lot of wisdom when it comes to selling cell phones. He explained everything to me sometimes more than once if I needed it. He was a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely deal with Bo again.

Christian was AMAZING! We went here to upgrade phones and came into a problem. He was so patient with me and my husband and helped us get on our own plan plus Apple Watches! He helped more than any other representative has ever helped us. If he were to leave and go to another phone carrier, I’d probably follow him. I wish I could give him more than five stars! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Christian was amazing, he helped me get a new phone and watch, and switch around other devices on my plan. Even though he was the only employee there with 6 customers in the store, he still made sure everyone was taken care of.

Was in to do pricing.was thinking about switching out service but was way to expensive for me to change my plan i have.gentlemen was nice he was by him self.gotten a little busy after i had gotten there nice store clean.

I absolutely hate phone shopping! Necessary evil and all that. It was however, time to stop procrastinating, ditch the ancient iPhone 7 and upgrade to something a little more snazzy and this century. I mustered up my courage, did my research and trotted off to the Lehighton Verizon store convinced the next 3 hours of my life would be fraught with stressful decisions and an overzealous commission hungry associate taking full advantage of my obvious ignorance to bully, cajole and up sell me into the latest and greatest guaranteed to make first contact with aliens cell phone and all its accessories and add ons. But wait! This was not the case at all though. Upon entry I was greeted immediately by a lovely young man named Christian who at no point tried to push the latest new fangled model in my face nor did he roll his eyes and sigh heavily when I asked questions about the different makes and models or when I shared my reticence when it came to giving up the beloved home button. With his help and in no time flat I settled on the iPhone 13 at which point he transferred everything off the Stone Age 7, installed the phone in its nifty new blue case, waited on two other customers simultaneously and never broke a sweat or gave impatient or substandard service to any of us. It was a great experience and a quick one too! I’m not one to write reviews but I really felt Christian earned a five star rating and I really appreciated his chill laid back yet very knowledgeable sales approach and I would encourage anyone faced with the daunting task of device upgrade to pay this young man a visit and finally get that new phone, You’ll be glad you did! So I say, Thank you Christian, I hope Verizon gives you a raise!
