Breaking a phone isn’t the easiest to deal with. But after breaking a phone on Christmas Day. Calling the insurance and getting the phone the next day. Then the guys at the Verizon store setting it all up for me down to the screen protector. Couldn’t have been a easier fast experience

I want to thank Fabian and Nicole for the amazing help with getting my son's phone activated.

Had a very strange / not good experience at this store.

Nicole helped us with an upgrade for an iPhone and the process went okay. She sold us an Apple Watch which first she said was free but then told us she misspoke and the plan we had was “too old” for the free watch so the watch was then $180. It did feel a little like a switch bait sales tactic but my daughter was willing to buy the watch regardless. This piece of the story is important because the sale for my phone became more about the added sale of the watch.

I purchased a new case and screen protector and because of the watch ordeal, never saw Nicole put the screen protector on much less tell me about filling out the warranty.

Two days later there was a crack in the screen protector and I called the store to ask if I could bring it in. I was told by Fabian not to come into the store and to call the 1-800 number- uhhh no. So I went into the store. Fabian was aggressive and extremely unhelpful. He told me they couldn’t do anything for me because I didn’t fill out the warranty. I explained that Nicole never told me about a warranty and I would like to speak with her. He called Nicole and got the okay from her to give me a new screen protector and said “you’ll get it this one time but that’s it”.

Honestly disgusted with this level of terrible customer service. I don’t understand how someone like this can be allowed to work with people. I paid for my phone up front and did nothing wrong- not that it would warrant this level of disrespect.

I would like to shout out Joseph who was kind and helpful and was the one who put my screen protector on both times I learned. When he put it on today, Fabian sat scrolling on his phone unwilling to help. Joseph deserves a raise. Fabian deserves to be fired.

I was initially dreading going into a Verizon store from a prior less desirable experience a few years back at a totally different location. But, I was greatly surprised that I received exceptional service from Fabian this week. He was knowledgeable and helpful by providing me quick assistance to my many questions and needs.

Thank you so much Fabian for helping me with my phone! For some reason I had a black screen and you you were able to fix it for me! Saint!

Bobby is the BEST. I randomly called last week to check if there were any promotions available and today I walked away with a new phone and smaller monthly payment! The process was smooth and fast, I was in and out within 30 minutes. I am so thankful for his kindness and professionalism!

Excellent service. Bobby helped us get all of our phones situated. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out in a timely fashion and we will visit this store again for any phone needs.

He was very personable and took the time to go over our options step by step with us to find the best plan for our family. So helpful! We will definitely be back to upgrade our children’s phones in the near future.
