This store has great customer service! Dave helped us figure out a bunch of complicated changes to our family plan: we left with new devices, a better plan and a cheaper monthly cost! He was really patient with us and super kind!

Agreed! Vijai was a top notch problem solver! While trying to switch carriers from ATT he was the one who figured out my phone was locked and had to be unlocked. Verizon sales people on the phone had no idea. He got the job done! Time was of the essence bc I had to catch a flight! Thank you again!

Pre-ordered the new iPhone in the middle of September. They ordered the wrong size for me and I was unable to order the correct size until the phone came in and they can “scan” the actual phone as a cancelled order. Called monthly since then to ask for status updates and got nothing every time. No window of when it would come in. Said they would notify me when it came in. Just tried to call and they have no idea if it came in and they said they can no longer check the status and that I would have to go to a real Verizon store to get that checked, even though they had checked this exact thing in the past. In one of my monthly check ups the employee accused me of lying about the employee ordering the wrong size, even though I provided the receipts that he in fact did not order the right phone. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE USELESS AND WILL MAKE YOUR PHONE BUYING PROCESS LONGER THAN IT NEEDS TO BE. THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE VERIZON STORE.

Went to upgrade my phone and take advantage of Black Friday deals. Was helped by Solution Specialist Ben who was great. Thorough with explaining my services and upgrades and helped transfer date from my old phone. 5 stars. Thank you!

Sat here for 30+ minutes trying to return a router, which took all of 15 seconds to do. Second employee showed up 15 minutes late for his shift and had no urgency once he got here. Go to a different store if you need to do any business during business hours. The woman being helped when I arrived suggested that the employee help me first since she knew it would be quick, and the employee ignored her.

Go se Vijai! He'll work to get you the best deals and resolve any issues that may arise. If he's busy, it's because he's good at his job and people know to go to him. He's worth waiting for!

My wife and I wanted to upgrade our android phones. We decided on two new S23 ultras. Veejay at the Verizon store was so helpful in every way. He explained everything and was very patient and made the transfer from one phone to the other easy and stress free. I would without hesitation recommend Veejay to help you with all of your wireless needs.

Lesson learned…just go to the store! I spent hours on the phone with Verizon technical support who could not find a solution to my phone not working. I went to this store and they had my phone fixed in less than 2 minutes. Super knowledgeable and can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much!

Employees lie, no one ever picks up the phone after 7 PM. They cannot give you an exact dollar amount and then when you get your bill it’s much higher than you anticipated.
