I visited this store 2 times in 1 week and I had really good service both times. My first visit I needed to upgrade my phone and the agent did everything easily, getting a new phone used to be a hassle but not here. I returned this week to get an iPad as part of a promotion and although the store was out of what I needed the representative made phone calls to get me what I needed- he really helped make my Christmas great, he could have easily said “no sorry” but he didn’t- he went above and beyond to help a customer and that is hard to find anymore. I will never call the Verizon 1-800 number again this is where you need to go. Kudos to both guys at this store!
Without fail every time I do anything at a Verizon store I get a fake story of how things are going to work for my Verizon plan, always surprise bills and an excuse to get you to hang on until things get better. I literally cannot stand Verizon or their false advertising. Sure, its so easy to just go get your upgrade, you're due for an upgrade.all lies.
