7 Don't go here. There's a real Verizon store right across the street by Kay's Jewelers. Jeff was so concerned with making a sale that he gave me entirely false information about my veterans discount, lied to me about being able to lower my service plan, AND credited my payment to the wrong place which resulted in a service disruption while I was out of town.
The store across the street fixed everything and was happy to be helpful.
Talked me into buying a mobile hotspot, then after finding out it works horribly, try to return it only to be told I can't without buying it outright, so now I have a 200+ dollar paperweight thanks to this asshat! DO NOT GO HERE! GO across the street to the REAL Verizon store, who by the way were able to help me out a bit, more so than that unless guy!
Please raise Jeff's hourly $10 as he has spent countless time ensuring our account is 100% correct!
I will describe Jeff as Amazing, I spent hours with tier 2 tech, he solved problem quickly.
There was a power outage and I still needed a phone Jeff helped me get a phone in all of this he did a 100% excellent job!
Lost my treasured photos coming and was able to them back, techsupport was very good as well- thanks for taking time
