The store manager Justin Ritter, refused to help me through the insurance process for 2 of my lines as it was through a third party, I said if he did not help me then I would stop doing business with Verizon, he then told me to go ahead and threw me out of the store. I am taking my 6 lines and I'm switching to another carrier, way to go Verizon.

I tried going to this store today and they are closed! Do not go there! There is another store that is up the road in front of Walmart.

This store is closed and the walls are empty. Seems like they packed up over night. The new Verizon store over by Connellsville Walmart is open long hours and is full service.
