Verizon, Franklin PA

Probably the best experience I’ve had with Verizon in awhile. The staff were helpful and taking care of customers in a timely manner especially for it being iPhone 15 release day! These guys worked well together and helped each other as well.

The staff member we worked with went over the deals. He compared prices for different version of the phones and told us the best options.

Ena educated me about my new phone and plan. Very intelligent woman with her technical skills and personality. Verizon is fortunate to have an employee with her skill set.

I don't always have a lot of faith going to the authorized dealer stores because they seem to be too busy and I don't always understand everything they tell me. But recently I ordered a new phone and took it out to this dealer to have my information moved over. Ena was extremely patient with me trying to understand what I needed to do and how to do it. By the next day I found some complications and returned to the store and as quickly as she could, she sat down with me and worked out my issues with my phone. I'm sure I'll be back to this location when I need any technical help because of her.

I was trying to open a business account with Verizon for wifi for my business, the first day I was there 2hrs, and they couldn't approve it bc I didn't have the right paperwork, so I came in with the paperwork they asked for, and now day three five hours later they needed more. I called Comcast and was approved in 5 minutes and they are coming to install my wifi the next day. Verizon was a big waste of my time and a huge hassle. NNothing

Unhappy that I was asked to pay $1500 upfront with the phones telling me they don’t work that way, I pay my bills and found this to be strange. Don’t go here, go to the one across the street, they’ll give you excellent customer service

These girls are so amazing! They get everything done! They fixed all the things the place across the street screwed up and it was no problem at all for them!

My experience in the Cranberry Verizon on 7/3 and today, 7/5, was by far the best experiences in a Verizon (and likely in any type of store) that I’ve ever had. I was in a real jam with my phone on Monday and Ena very patiently and compassionately helped me. She went above and beyond what I expected and I finally had the issue resolved today with the other employee. I appreciate the help I received and I will definitely go back to this store for any mobile services I need!

Ena was amazing and did an amazing job assisting me and other customers at the same time and was very knowledgeable. I could ask for a better experience

The store and the people are excellent. I can not say the same for asurion. My husband got a new phone and it dropped the next day and cracked the screen. We had bought the insurance and it has been a nightmare to deal with asurion on getting a replacement. But Abby was excellent and didn't give up on the whole situation. Between her and Ena we got a new phone. Took quite awhile but she got it done. I give her 10 stars. She is the one to see for your dealings and needs

All I can say is this store and Jordan are absolutely amazing! If I could give 50 stars, I would!

I went out to purchase a new phone, as mine was all cracked, thanks to the grandchildren. We were taken care of by Ena and she is probably one of the best representatives/sales person: to date in my dealings and I’ve been on this earth 6 decades.
Extremely professional and has a wonderful personality, as well as, knowledgeable. It was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had with Verizon.

This is the best Verizon I have have ever been to. Colton and Ena went above and beyond to help me, they are so knowledgeable and personable.

It was nice to actually have great customer service and knowledgeable staff to answer questions and help me out.
