Verizon, DuBois PA

Needed a new phone, so I traded mine in for credit on a new account. What they never told me was that when you oay off your new phone, you forfit the trade in value so the essentially stole my old phone. Also, they told me that when I paid off the phone, I could switch carriers. What they didn't tell me was that my new phone was locked with verizon for 2 months so I was with out a phone for over a month becuase they already released my number and I couldn't get it back. Don't recommend

Emma Jane was excellent. My son needed a new phone. He is disabled and Emma made him feel at ease and special. She went to great lengths to get him everything he needed and smiled all the time. She also made sure we got the best deal available. Courteous, professional, efficient and friendly.

Bryce was fantastic to work with. He made this the easiest phone purchasing experience we have ever had. He was kind, listened to our concerns and was very professional. I was ready to switch from Verizon, but stayed because of his wonderful customer service.

I will never be shopping at this store again. I went in for a special promotion and was promised my bill would not be changed. I was foolish to listen. My bill is all over the place. I’ve been in multiple times and the manager Carly has refused to call or text me back after seven attempts across multiple days. Six months later my bill is still messed up. If you shop here get everything in writing. That’s my only saving Grace. Save yourself and buy online.

Nick was awesome. He was friendly, super knowledgeable, and funny. He made our experience very easy and enjoyable.

Brice is such a knowledgeable tech. He helped us with the purchase of two new phones. We also had a lot of fun while he was putting together our deal.

Emma Jane was great! She explained everything in depth. She also reviewed my account to make sure I was saving money where I could. I have been with Verizon for 20 + years. I do think these stores should have the ability to wave fees with permission of a store manager. Being a long time customer I have to wait until the next billing cycle. I will be requesting that the activation fee be waved.

We arrived at the store and all agents were busy. But Allyssa, who was about to end a long shift, offered to help. She is very knowledgeable, SO kind, and helped us open a warranty claim. Even though it took longer than either of us expected, she was great! She worked with another Verizon entity very professionally and got a replacement ordered! Every experience we've had with this store has been very good. But today Allyssa was great!

Emma Jane was terrific! Made getting a new phone so very easy! So polite and friendly and very helpful! Def would recommend this store to everyone!

Alyssa was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me purchase a new Samsung tablet and a Samsung phone.
