My wife and I just updated our phones. We shop at the same Verizon store and work with Ashley, who is a national treasure. She makes it so easy and soon we both have new phones, cases, and charging cords. I am older and she takes the time to explain everything so that by the time we leave I understand my new phone. My wife got a new iPhone that replaces her Android that she has hated starting the day after she bought it a couple of years ago. A great way to kick off the holiday season. Went to the Verizon store with my wife in Easton, PA, at 3730 Eastern Nazareth Hwy. My wife had questions and wasn't sure which phone to purchase. She had a great experience speaking with Daphne, who was knowledgeable with every device. I, on the other hand, had issues with my phone with obnoxious pop up ads that interfered with my work and communication throughout the last two weeks. Another associate, Nick, took a look at my phone and knew exactly where to go and stopped all those annoying ads for good! Both Verizon associates helped us tremendously! My wife walked out with the latest phone, the Samsung Fold, and she could'nt be happier. And I walked away with peace of mind! Thank you guys! We appreciate

I had a very good experience today with my Verizon Rep Victor. He is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting me today.

We bought our phones from Nick a few years ago and he was amazing! We went back to the store to be surprised that Nick is still there. We needed an update on our SIM cards and he did it quickly! He is very polite, helpful and extremely efficient!
