I was reluctant to go into a store to upgrade my phone, fearing a huge hassle. I have to say I'm actually glad I did. I worked with Brett, and he is fantastic to work with. He got me great deals on a new phone, watch, and tablet. Go see Brett.

I have had the worst experience with this store! I have tried to reach the manager Kyle over and over and he will never return my calls to fix what he did incorrectly. Whatever happened to customer service? !? My bill is incorrect and all i want is the situation to be taken care of, but the store manager doesn't get back to me and customer service can't fix his error. Avoid this place and the headache!

I recently got a new iPhone 15 Pro Max delivered to my apartment from this store. I was having a lot of issues with the eSIM after porting my phone number from my previous carrier over to Verizon. Brett was able to FaceTime with me and walk me through everything I needed to do for getting it all sorted out. Brett was awesome with all his help. He also walked me through some other settings that I didn’t know about with my new phone. Brett is a truly valuable asset for this store and company with his excellent customer service that goes above and beyond.

Art is a champion. He helped my fiancé and I get new phones. My first iphone, loving it! We were very well taken care of and Art even helped us save on a few streaming services.

Arturo was amazing! I transferred service on 4 lines and upgraded all 4 phones. The process was NOT seamless as there was an issue transferring one of the lines (an issue with the prior service provider). The process took 3 days in total. I spent hours and hours on the phone with Customer Service and in total frustration went back to the store. Arturo fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes and even saved his contact in my phone should I have future issues. Arturo is kind, patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him.

I needed to upgrade my phone and was hesitant at first but I got a new phone and a new plan for me and my daughter that fit my budget. Service was fantastic!

Today I came into the store in waynesboro, I had a mess trying to switch to Xfinity, why I do not know, I had 4 phones some were switch over and some were not done yet because Xfinity had messed it all up, Brett at Verizon spent hours trying to figure the mess all out, which he did, if I could give him more then 5 stars I would. Verizon you have a great employee with Brett I can not thank you enough

Art was awesome. He remembered my wife and I a few months ago when we talked about getting new phones that were rugged and can take a beating. Art provided exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend.

I needed a new phone and after reading the reviews, I made an appointment with Art (Arturo). He was awesome! He took his time and explained everything and answered my questions. I had a few questions after I left and I called him and he was so nice and helped me. He didn't make me feel like I was bothering him at all. Thanks Art!

Art was a fantastic person to work with. I came in with a phone I had purchased elsewhere, and he showed me options that were available to me though Verizon that saved me a ton of money. I've always been impressed with Verizon's coverage. I walked away a very happy and satisfied customer.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I am also a veteran. Throughout those years which I have been a customer I have found myself paying outrageous fees I have not received any benefits I was promised. Additionally I recently discovered that I was significantly overcharged for the last phone that I purchased by $500. Definition false advertisement. Definition dishonesty. I have to restart my phone at least four times a day to get my cellular to come back in areas where I should have reception. I have called many times about this issue and was informed that Verizon was in the process of taking down their old towers to put up 5G that has been going on for at least 18 months so why then can we not as Verizon customers get some kind of discount because we are not receiving the service we have paid for. By definition that is stealing. I'm sorry Verizon but as soon as I pay this phone off you and I will be getting a divorce. I am a single father with four kids barley keeping my head above water paying more for less is not something I can do and will not do anymore. I do not recommend this company because there is always some sort of excuse for why the service is so bad or why the cost hasn't changed. Perhaps my review wouldn't be so dramatic if there were some kind of compensation for not receiving what we as loyal customers have paid you for. As for the sales team I have no issues with them except for the situation with overcharging on the phone I paid $1,035 for a phone that should have cost $400 which I recently discovered I was taken. It will not happen again.
