Kamelia is the only Verizon representative that will help me with any cell phone problem. The other two in my area will not help. They tell me to call customer service

Kami is absolutely the best. She is so accommodating and kind. She is really there for what is the best option for you, rather than the standard experiences I've had at other Verizon locations.take a number types. This experience was the complete opposite!

Kamelia was excellent! Although they were busy today you couldn’t tell because she greeted everyone with a smile and made sure she acknowledged them that she would be with them when she had a moment. She had helped me as well with a phone a few years ago. I will definitely be back because of her! Thank you!
