Electronics Store Verizon reviews
19Justin was extremely helpful and proficient! I had some issues with trying to get my phone number switched over and he guided me through the process so smoothly like a hot knife through butter!
G was extremely helpful and made the process quick and simple for me. Got me set up with a good promotion and I was able to walk out with the phone I wanted.
Justin A.in the KOP store id the person to work with there. He is knowledgeable, quick and more importantly kind. He helped us find the perfect plan and phone for my non technical husband. Go there and ask for Justin.
I stopped into the Verizon store in the KOP Town Center on my lunch break yesterday to get a new phone before heading on vacation today, and was helped by the new manager Elias. What a great guy!
In addition to getting me in and out before my next meeting with a brand new iPhone15, he showed my how I could save a lot of money by changing my billing account from my personal credit card to my bank card, and by updating some of my existing subscriptions to go through Verizon.
I shared this info w/ my Mom after I left (I'm on a family plan), and she was blown away that no one had ever shared this with her earlier.
Elias in KOP was extremely helpful in getting us set up with a new account and 4 new iPhones. He found us the best deal and information for our family plan. Highly recommend Elias and the 120 KOP location.
Elias was an awesome resource for helping us get new phones and accessories. Super great to worth with!
Elias was to the point as to my needs.
Elias was so patient and made sure everything transferred. He made some suggestions as to the case and screen as well as lens. He is pretty on point. I highly recommend.
Sorted out what we needed and got us discounts and waived a few fees in a timely manner. Nice work, thank you.
Elias was an awesome resource for helping us get a phone. He was knowledgeable and went the extra mile. Great!
I would avoid this location at all costs. After 5 months I'm still trying to sort out a mess a former Store Manager created which is costing me an extra $200 each month. We went in to this store in March to upgrade 1 phone. The Manager at that time, James R, told us he could upgrade all 6 of our phones with some special promotion and we wouldn't pay anymore than we currently were.
Well, that turned out not to be the case. I expected the bill to be higher the first month, but after it didn't go down in May I called James back several times. He said some of the promotional credits were not applied and he would take care of it. Well, he didn't, and after another few weeks of calling I found out James was no longer there, and had to start over with a new manager, Christopher M. Same thing with Chris - he said he'd look into it and take care of it, and after a few more weeks of no changes it turns out he left as well.
Ultimately the associate in the store said there was nothing they could do in the store and I would have to work with Verizon customer support. Well, I've had 4 calls with them over the last three weeks with over 4 hours on the phone and they still aren't able to help me out.
I don't know if there's some legitimate operational problem, or if I just got lied to. In either case, this has turned into a terrible experience that has cost me money and time.
If you go in, ask for Elias! He was spectacular. Handled everything i needed and went above and beyond. Truly he saved me so much money, fixed a problem that another store made, and answered all of my questions and more. I highly recommend.
Had a great experience at this location. Elias, the manager, walked me through our family plan, helped me find all the available savings we have been missing out on and upgraded all my devices. Highly recommend this business.
Customer service told me the KOP site accept the Fios box but they don’t. Lack of communication between departments within Verizon. I’m glad I got rid of them. Please avoid!
Excellent, seamless and hassle free experience. Elias was extremely knowledgeable and helped me walk out of the store with everything I needed and more!
I came into store with new phone and needed some things for it. Elias was a huge help and took the time to explain everything in detail. Great representation of your company. Thank you.
AWESOME EXPERIENCE WITH ELIAS AT VERIZON STORE. REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF. VERY EFFICIENT AND GOT OUR PURCHASES DONE IN QUICK ORDER!
Elias was definitely well knowledgeable of products and services! He was great! Thanks Elias!
Originally gave store high marks, but I learned a lot of things the minute I got home. These people saw me coming. First, VERY IMPORTANT - this is NOT a Verizon store, but a Verizon reseller, which you would only know by the super tiny print on the window of the store. Some background - my phone completely crashed and I had no time to deal with getting a new one. I finished a hard workout and saw this store on the way home, while tired and hungry, and assumed it was a normal Verizon store. I walked out with a $1000 4-year old phone that has never worked properly. Things that were not told to me but buried in the paperwork: price of the phone and that it was a 4-year-old model. When I took the non-functioning phone to an actual Verizon store, the salesperson actually laughed at me for buying such an old phone at that price, and then told me there was nothing I could do since it was a reseller and not an actual store. Apparently, my only option is to replace this phone the same model which might purportedly actually work. Because my job requires me to be connected via phone, I can't take that chance, so now I am out $1000 because I have to toss it aside an go into my pocket to get a phone that functions. Yes, I know I should have realized it was a reseller maybe by the size of the store, and I should have read the paperwork, but I'm human and I was tired, and that information should not be as difficult to access as it was.
Elias was extremely helpful, polite and service was exceptional. Glad to have joined the Verizon family.
