Troy and Jordan were very good and very helpful. In the past I used the store up on 22 were not helpful at all. I would refer them to anyone.

Recently purchased a new iPhone at this Verizon location. Jordan could not have been more helpful. He reviewed my entire Verizon account and explained to me in detail how I could reduce my bill. Took his time on setting up the new phone and clearly explained each step he was taking. He was friendly, communication skills were excellent and so professional. Jordan is definitely an asset to Verizon. Would highly recommend this store

I recently was having a lot of trouble with AT&T. Maps stopped working in the city and I decided to switch to Verizon. Troy was very helpful and got me set up quickly. He made it easy and now my phone is working properly. Great place!

Came to Verizon in Wilkins township needing 4 lines and got the best customer service from the rep Julian Lanier. The transfer from T-Mobile was a lot but he got the job done. All new phones and happy customers. I definitely recommend to come up here and ask for him if you need any help with phone service or new transfers.

Both Troy and Jordan are AMAZING! And will do anything to help you out! I had to spend a bit of time at the store one night because my new phone took a while to copy over from my old phone and got to witness Troy go above and beyond with his customers.and several times there were situations that I would've just said "sorry, can't help you". But he found a way to help, at personal sacrifice to himself. I was very impressed to say the least. I'm a new Verizon phone customer, so I can't say too much about my phone service yet, but I will praise these guys at this store up and down. And this store is open an hour later than the other Verizon store in Monroeville.so you want to come here, without a doubt! They have won my loyalty, for sure!
