Justin helped me transfer all my stuff although i had to pay this time for a transfer which a time ago i didnt have to he got it done for me and made sure to assist me with all questions worth the money. He did a full transfer with ease and enrolled me in tech classes great experience
At first, I thought the person that helped me was helpful. But he wasn't. He charged me for things I did NOT ask for, charged me for things he claimed to be complimentary, added extra charges and memberships that I wanted nothing to do with, and did not tell me that my bill was in my bag, nor the hidden fees and double charges. He claimed I would be getting 800 off of my phone for my trade in, and yet only 26 was taken off of that. He lied deliberately about my added cost per month for refinancing my phone, saying it was 25 a month instead of 60+.
Great service and also Justin was so great with us and I had no trouble having him explain anything and everything when I asked a question. I've dealt with this store many times and they have always taken care of me and my family
Justin and Jordan are Exceptional, they help me constantly and are the best ever! They deserve raises!
