My experience at the Russell Verizon store was today was exceptional. I believe the person who took care of me was Kristina. Very well informed and very helpful. I had been at the hamburg, PA store and the Buckhorn, PA store yesterday to upgrade my phone and both were bad experiences. I just want to let you know that my experience at Russell's Verizon store was great. It was a pleasure doing business at that store. Thanks again. This will be my go to store in the future.
My salesperson was Adam. It was the best phone experience I have had. I went in not knowing what I wanted, he gave me information and told me to research on my own because he did not want to sell me something I didn't need. I went back next day and told him what I decided and was in and out in half hour. No pressure and super quick! Will definitely return and recommend.
The gentleman at the store was super nice and had a plethora of knowledge. Helped me save money on insurances for multiple devices as well as other things.
Waited two hours with only one person in front of me. Still wasn't even helped. Neither was the one person in front of me.
Waited while the only worker talked about a private party and then vaccinations with customer she obviously knew. The wait was ridiculous.

Upgraded my phone to an iPhone 11 pro Max a couple days ago. I asked about what screen protector would be best to avoid scratches as much as possible. He advised me to buy the liquid glass protector, my phone has so many scratches on it, it’s ridiculous. Definitely not worth 40 dollars to have this many scratches on it already.
The service from Bryan was too notch, as far as Verizon/Russell it was an awful experience unlike any we experienced at this particular store, I am fully aware of covid restrictions but when you visit the store & it is one customer per employee & you are standing out in the extreme heat for over an hour it is unacceptable, I just think it is ridiculous to have one emplyee staffed on a Friday night, I have been to many places with restrictions & distancing & they accommodate their valued customers with seating & coolers outside with bottled water to make the eait less arduous, in my opinion Verizin/Russell has not a bit of concern for the customers that allow this business to survive especially during a pandemic, there were people sitting on the curb & lined up as we left which was roughly one hour prior to closing, I can only guess that many left in frustration or were turned away, for the cost of buying a phone & the overexaggerated price for accessories I feel a customer deserves better, we dealt with Bryan a few days prior for info on buying a new phone & he was so kind, helpful & knowledgeable & why we returned, the way this business is run is extremely poor & no reflection of a awesome & dedicated employee Bryan, Karen & Brian Yeager
