14Went in with a billing issue that I've been trying to fix for months by calling customer service. Michael was able to fix it in 15 minutes. Great Customer Service at this location.
Michael was very helpful, I felt I was paying too much for my 1 line, and he helped me get my bill down to what seemed reasonable!
Dominick was very helpful and polite. He was having a problem with my pick up order and worked diligently to get it correct. Was very helpful with product selection. Would definitely recommend getting your cellular needs from here. Thanks Dominick!
Hello! Yesterday, I had the pleasure of stopping in this Verizon store to purchase a new screen protector for my phone! Dominick was fantastic! He was helping another customer when I arrived, but was kind and courteous to me upon my entering the store! He also had several phone calls while I was waiting during which he was also kind and courteous!
Dominick was able to multi-task very well during my entire visit to the store as he was the employee present!
When waiting on me, he was able to answer all my questions with confidence and ease! And he was able to fulfill what I came for.a new screen protector!
I recommend this store with a 5-star rating!
The gentleman Mike i was speaking to and Jesse were very helpful they helped with my account when I spent approximately 7 hours with customer service on the phone. These two gentlemen were able to diagnose my issue and continue to help further. Above and beyond customer service, I will continue to come here for management with my business account.
