Richard is the best! I wanted to get a new watch and after a couple previous complications, I came into this store and he got it all figured out for me and then was on my way, quick and easy! Answered all my questions I had and was very knowledgeable! Definitely will go back to him for anything else I need!

Kae has absolutely wonderful. We got all new family phones. She has helped every step of the way. From over heating phones and returning the overheated phones. Remembered our names everytime we have came in with a new problem. She has shown us how to work our new phones and helped with every problem. Absolutely fantastic customer service! Had an excellent experience with Gary at the Meadville store by Walmart! Gary took the time to hear all of my needs when selecting the best phone and plan for me, and now he will be helping me get into the new iPhone when it finally releases! We spoke about android phones, tablets, iPads, and many other devices they have to offer. This is the only store I will go to now, and I’ll certainly be sending all my family and friends there!

What a journey… Been having so much trouble with my trade in with Verizon and getting my full value. Until today, my man Jesse at the Meadville, PA Verizon location took charge and finally got me straightened out and got me more than I asked for. Thank you for all you got done for me.

Ashley provided me with excellent customer service at Verizon today. I was in today to purchase a new phone and and she was awesome with her product knowledge along with helping me learn about my new phone.a pleasure to work with.

As always, there was a wait for service. However, that's because Verizon gets the best coverage in this area! In this case, a wait is a good thing! Greg or Gary was very kind and helpful. We left with 2 new phones and a new tablet. Back next week to turn in the old phone and tablet for credit. And all this will lower the bill! Yay!

I walked to the store and was greeted at the sidewalk by Tony. I asked if he'd look at my phone without automatically trying to sell me a new one, which he did. After a while I asked about data usage. One thing led to another and I ended up deciding to get a new Motorola Edge 5G. And saved money on my plan by trading in my Samsung which I purchased in2017.
Since I've celebrated a ton of birthdays I needed a lot of help which Tony gave me, even after the purchase. It took me a while to get used to the new phone, but it's performing well. I highly recommend Tony especially for order users.

I don't typically give bad reviews, but I was very disappointed with the follow-up service I received from this store when I had a billing issue after purchasing a new phone. I was so frustrated after several calls to the store & texts with my salesperson, I finally called Verizon customer service directly to resolve it. The customer rep I worked there with was very helpful & took care of the problem. All they want to do at the store is sell phones & upgraded plans. They don't seem to want to deal with issues afterwards. That was my experience.

Sadi was beyond amazing! Walked in just looking for an upgrade, and she shared all of the wonderful promotions, and I ended up leaving with a new phone, Apple Watch, my mom a new phone and watch, and decreasing our monthly bill significantly. She was professional, personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I am beyond happy with our experience and all of her help!
