Verizon Authorized Retailer - Russell Cellular, Halifax PA

Salesman lied to my husband about his phone screen being broken in order to sell him a new phone. Several hundred dollars (and a load of frustration) later, we learned that my husband's phone was perfectly functional. We're now paying for a phone that we don't even like at a time when we can least afford it. And when I told their customer service representative about it, he said we should've spent more time researching the issue with my husband's phone before going to their office. Hundreds down the drain unnecessarily!

They don't have anything on display and don't have most of what your looking for but they do let you use the bathroom

I was greeted immediately after walking through the door. I was notified of all deals and savings. I was made to feel comfortable and at home. I got an excellent deal and free accessories. I am very happy with my new phone.

Tonia was amazing. She did everything she could to make sure I left with a new phone. It wasn't anything on her end of Verizon, it was an issue on my actual Verizon account. She was on the phone with several different people to get everything figured out. It did take a couple hours, again, totally not her fault. This is one true case of it really was me. I'm so glad I stuck with her, top notch customer service!

Great place to get phones. Customer Service is not only friendly, but great. Matt is top notch. He knows his stuff. He is great with teenagers when they have questions even, and treats them with respect. That goes for adults, also. I highly recommend this store to get your phones or tablets and such.

Guy was rude and didnt even help me because i came in right before closing and he wanted to leave. Place sucks.
