Sophia helped my family and me switch over from another carrier and although the process did take a while she was very pleasant to work with being super patient with all our questions and going above and beyond to explain things and make sure we were fully set. One of the best experiences in this industry I’ve ever had. Thank you!
Wow, I can't express enough how pleased I am to have gone to this store for help with an iPhone/iWatch issue that myself and my son were having. Since December our phones were continuing to forward ALL phone calls to our discontinued iWatch numbers, which were now assigned to new customers. We had been to several other Verizon locations spending many hours trying to get this issue fixed. Finally, Tanner at the Park City Mall store showed compassion, friendliness, interest and persistence to get to the bottom of this issue and fix it. I thank Tanner, his manager and the tech support from Verizon for spending 3 hours and finally resolving the problem. I'm sure the customers with our old iWatch phone numbers thank them as well! Also, as we waited while Tanner spoke with tech support, many other customers came into the store with different questions and issues and they were all treated respectfully and left with their questions or issues resolved. Nice job Verizon Park City!
Darnell was fantastic. He is a very patient person, and his multitasking (skill) ability was way more than most could ever handle. Impressed. He needs more money than whatever he is making. I applaud him, and so should Verizon.

I was with Verizon 8 years and decided to switch to Comcast because it was cheaper. I guess you get what you pay for. The service with Comcast was the worst and switched back to Verizon within a month and a half. Justine and Tanner spent hours working on the phone due to Comcast negligence. After about a total of 8 hours they were able to get the problem solved. Never switch to Comcast. Verizon is the best.
Great experience. I visited two other locations first to try to resolve a couple of phone issues. This crew not only helped me fix the issues, but found promos that I never expected. I'll only come back here going forward. Thank you again to Anthony and Bryana for the time and guidance.
Sophia was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, friendly, had a fun sense of humor, was patient with my son as he frequently needed my attention, was proficient in all things Verizon, and assisted our family member over the phone in getting acclimated to the MyVerizon app. We did not have to wait more than 1 minute to receive service at the store and they had everything we needed. I recommend this location for any of your Verizon needs, especially during any shift that Sophia is working. You’ll be happy you stopped by.

I walked in thinking I'd potentially get a new phone but wasn't really sure. Justine was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did she sell me on a new phone but she hooked me up with a new plan and saved me a bunch of money on my monthly bill. I could not have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend this store, especially if Justine is working. She definitely deserves a raise, through the years with Verizon I've never had an employee so friendly and knowledgeable at the same time.
Anthony is seriously the BEST! Anytime I have a question he always has answers and always works out the best deals to help us save on our account! Next time you are in Hanover or Park City definitely ask for Anthony!
Kylie was super helpful in getting my new phone set up and getting all my accessories together! She's super sweet, funny, and patient, and doesn't push to sell us things we don't need - just what is necessary. She gave me different options for buying phones and even shared her personal experiences to help with accessory decisions. I highly recommend going to her and getting help from her.
Switched to Verizon, customer service was spot on. He helped my wife and I get set up and did not push us into anything.
Tried best buy first. Bad experience. 2 1/2 hours wasted. Then went to where I usually go in the first place Verizon store. Anthony waited on me and did an incredible job. Could not be more happy with his customer service, and all the people working there were pleasant and helping each other to assist customers. It was a great experience at Verizon this trip. The main reason I stay with Verizon is how they treat their customers.
We came here to thank Jose and Bryan! The boys working today were absolutely great! They were busy, which is to be expected over a holiday weekend but they made my husband and I feel appreciated. The gentleman waiting in front of us (left a selfie review) was very impatient. Everyone seems to be shorthanded nowadays and patience is a virtue.
I first went to another location but they were rude and told me that they didn’t have any inventory to sell me, so based on a recommendation from a colleague I went to this store at Park City. The team was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. I appreciate the patience you showed us! Will definitely return!
My family visited this Verizon location to handle an issue with data while we were traveling. Alek was the associate that helped us and he could not have been more patient or kind. He was truly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our issue was taken care of. I highly recommend this location inside the mall and cannot speak more favorably about the customer service and willingness to take the time on and off the phone with corporate offices to solve our particular problem. We were never rushed or made to feel as though the reason we were there was a waste of their time… kudos to this sales team for prioritizing existing customers and reaffirming the reason my entire family is serviced through Verizon. I am very happy with how quickly I was served. The phone I liked was in stock and I got a great discount on all products I purchased. I highly recommend this place!
