Staff lacks experience on how to help customers. The tone was condescending and lazy. The individual sat at his desk with a smug face and didn’t inquire about anything I might need. Entitled Millennial!

Not a fan of Verizon or Victra or both. We signed up for service a year and a half ago and one of the phones had issues. No matter how many times we brought it to Verizon they did nothing. And then as the year ends one suggests we take it up with the device manufacturer. The whole time our phones could barely connect to any service in the area. What good is unlimited data with a 5g phone if you can connect wherever you go? Switched back to T-Mobile.

This business has done nothing but cost me hundreds of dollars.
Sell me a hotspot device that will not work in a spot where there is no phone signal.
Also, telling me that getting a 4th line (we only have 3 phones) will save me money. That was not true. I canceled this after about 6 months because I was paying more than ever. Well, this week I got hit with an unexpected early termination charge of $450! And on the day my mom passed away. I am beside myself with them.
If you need to go to a Verizon store make sure it is actually Verizon NOT a 3rd party seller.
Royersford has one.
I spent 21/2 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service yesterday trying to straighten it all out.
I am out the $450 still but may get $50 for my troubles.
So much for 19 years 1 month of loyalty.

Very disappointed in the experience here. Did an express pickup and the pickup was never prepared and waited close to 3 hours for 2 employees and 2 employees off duty to be called to figure out how to do an express pick up. Was told to come back the next day but we had waited long enough and didn’t want to have to come back. Will avoid this in the future and wait the 2 days for Verizon to ship the phones instead.

I recently transferred a phone number from another carrier to Verizon. Will, Evan and Bobbie Ann were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I had multiple extenuating circumstances and all were handled professionally and with a smile.
I highly recommend their service in the Pottstown Shoemaker Victra store!

I would suggest not doing trade ins inside the store. Especially this one. After speaking with customer service over the phone I learned that trade ins that are done by staff in the store are commonly done incorrectly and the customers end up receiving an incorrect value for the trade in credit. This is what happened to me and I had to wait a few months for that to be resolved. I was also overcharged by almost $200 for my bill due to the fact that the trade in was processed incorrectly at the store. The assistant manager at the store wasn’t any help and didn’t even try to look through the bill statements with me to try to understand the problem. I was brushed off and told to call customer service. The assistant manager was not very friendly either right off the bat and came off as argumentative which was uncomfortable. Customer service over the phone acknowledged the overcharge but it sounds like nothing can be done at this point. I am extremely disappointed especially since I’ve tried to resolve this for months but was repeatedly told by staff AND management that the bill amount will fix itself by “2-3” billing cycles. Well now it’s 3 billing cycles later and I’m paying about $200 more than I should be and am told nothing can be done. Please never come here to do a trade in as they only care about making a sale.

Evan and his woman helper were very polite and helpful.
Once we get this corporate issue taken care of we will return to replace/upgrade our phones.

Stay as far away from this store as possible! Deceptive in every way. What was discussed and we thought we were getting was 100% false. $50 a month insurance was added to our plan which was not discussed, the amount we talked about for our plan ended up being $100 more a month, the amounts of the accessories are obscene and handed to you without discussion because you have been led to believe they were part of the “deal” you were getting, trade ins were not done and when I went back to the store to tell them they needed to do a correction form per Verizon corporate they had no record of our trade ins so essentially they stole our phones and the ASM Jordan who we erased our phones in front of and handed over to argued without me that we did not trade in our phones, nightmare! I was able to speak to the district manager who was very open and wanting to rectify the situation which gave me some hope, gave me her personal cell number, but next time I called to speak with her she had no idea who I was, disappointing. She sort of helped but I have since not talked to her. The store manager has “tracked” our phones and put in for our credits so hopefully they will show up. Buyer beware!

Evan was great helping us to pick up our phones, and then when Verizon cell service at our house made it impossible to use, helped us to return the phones, and when Verizon tried to bill us for the phones we returned, helped to sort things out. Great service!
