I was at this store on Friday July 17 2020 and the staff that was working were extremely helpful and curtious, they toke there time with me and were able to help me with my issue. They made sure everything was working for me that I asked them. I'm from York and I never received great service like I do from this store, I will go to this store every time I need anything to do with our cell phones. A special thank you to the young lady that waited on us, thanks again for all your help.

Great customer service. Justine was a sweet girl helped My husband And I figure out our new phones. She was very patient andand made sure We knew how to ise them.very helpful young lady with a lot of knowledge.we appreciated the Effort she put in to help us we will be back to this store for future needs.

When a sales rep calls a customer "bro" and is just plain rude we can certainly take our business elsewhere. Rarely will I give a bad review but its warranted in this case! Go to the other location In town if youd like to be treated like a human being and not a annoyance by some rude "teenage" girl that apparently hates her job.

Poor service, misleading, biased, tell you anything to get a sale. With so many options I would drive around the block to find better service. This place left a VERY bitter taste -
I drove around the corner and received much better service.

Call to ask them questions and they never answer your questions. They tell you your monthly payment will be one thing then you’re charged way more. Horrible customer service. As soon as my device is paid off I am done with Verizon.

Was told my phone was outdated and couldn't be fixed. I went to the Verizon in Spring Grove and they had my phone fixed in 10 minutes. I think Hanover store just wanted to sell a new phone. Won't go back to Hanover store.

I went to North Hanover Mall Verizon. I was waited on by new girl. She was very nice. The guy that was to be training her, basically was leaning on the counter, he was in a full spread straddle, typing on phone. The girl basically had to beg him to help her. She'd ask him to help get something off the printer, he'd let out an exasperated sigh, and slowly lumber back to the printer. On one trip he came out with a bag of orange chips, stuffing them in his mouth as fast as he could. Chips were flying everywhere. Then he proceeded to try and talk to me with a full mouth. At some points he would put his hand up to cover his mouth, from view, but it was still fairly disgusting. It was one of the most unprofessional acts of customer service, I have ever witnessed. I came to return my phone and unfortunately the same guy was there. He waited on me. I was the only customer in the store. Another customer walked in. He proceeded work on the other customer, with the new girl. I said I feel very sick, could you get mine done, since I was there first. He went back to mine, but stopped to help the girl and help her at least a few times. I said I feel like I have to vomit, can we move this along? By this time I am getting upset. I said "Can I come back later. I would like to have someone else wait on me. You have the attention span of a 2 year old " I think I may have hurt his feelings, but seriously, watch him work, he is a terrible fit for that job. He started to get a little snarky with his response, and that's when my boyfriend stepped up to my defense. That sales rep doesn't have the skills for this job. He never once gave me any advice. It wasn't until I talked to the manager and she explained that my phone, that was dropped in water, probably would not work right, that I decided to keep the new phone. That guy, never mentioned that once. It made complete sense, when she explained it. He is supposed to be the expert. He did nothing more than, make excuses, talk rude to me, fight with my boyfriend and make me cry. Hopefully I will not have to come back out there anytime soon!

My husband & I stopped in last night when our 2 year old phones died. The wait was long but the customer service was exceptional! Aaron was upfront about all costs and options. We were there for over an hour but Aaron was witty, entertaining & straight to the point. The end price was painful but overall the customer service was great!

Every time that I have stopped in this store, I've experienced great customer service. Thier employees are patient and willing to answer any questions that one has without hesitation. I would recommend this store to any new or existing Verizon customer.

While on annual vacation I had a moment of phone drama: the dc car charger began to smoke and nearly caught fire, with my phone attached and less than 20%. The service I received from this store was the Best I've ever had at any Verizon location!

Sales rep was rushing us once we declined insurance and accessories. Manager and rep both told us numerous invalid information that 1-800-Verizon had to attempt to fix. Overall high wait time and poor interactions.

Ignorant sales reps, kind of uneducated in alot of their equipment. Not to mention they do not keep their word on certain things. I don't recommend this store at all.
