These guy's were absolutely awesome! My wife and I went in to look into switching our cell plans from AT&T whom we had for yrs now and the team of 3 (Ryan, Kim, & another gentleman) not only stayed an hour after closing to make sure we got everything we needed, but also answered all our questions in detail, and got us amazing prices/discounts on brand new phones, plans, case's, screen protectors, & protection plans! We're literally paying nearly 100$ less then we previously were. Not going to lie, I wasn't really the biggest Verizon fan from bad past experiences. You guy's definitely brought me back! Really appreciate all your time and consideration the other day. Ty!

5+ Stars to Chuck! Today, Chuck was working at the Harrisburg High Pointe location, but the York Galleria mall is his usual location. I came in looking for a charger and came out more knowledgeable.when I switch to Verizon, I'm traveling to York to see him. Thank you very much for great service!

Beware - the Verizon store on the second level next to the food court is NOT an official Verizon store! The information here on Google is for an old official Verizon store that was on the first level and which closed. The store there now on the second level says Verizon over the entrance, Verizon in large letters on the back wall, and appears to be legitimate. Nowhere in there store does it state that it's actually a third party seller, Victra. Their setup is incredibly misleading.

We ordered phones to take advantage of a promotion, the same promotion I had seen in the my Verizon app, and I realized they weren't a Verizon store when searching on Verizon's website for their phone number showed them as not listed. When I told the sales clerk the store's setup is misleading, the sales clerk got angry and denied it, stating they are perfectly clear, tell customers (they didn't), and never claim to be an official Verizon store (again, there are no signs indicating they are an authorized retailer).

My order was already connected to my account, though, but I realized I paid $100 more than if I had gone to a Verizon store! (They charged $30 more per phone for two phones than the Verizon app advertises the phones and they charged a $20 set up fee per phone that you couldn't opt out of. This is in addition to the standard $40 activation/upgrade fees per phone a Verizon store would charge). The sales clerk argued with me that Victra has a right to make money when I questioned this. Again, if I had known they were an authorized retailer to begin with, that would be one thing, but there's really no way to tell. Anything you sign in there is through the Verizon app even.

The promotion (a monthly discount that is the price of one of the phones) apparently won't appear on my bill for three months so I just have to hope it works out alright. They wanted me to leave without anything about the promotion in writing, stating if there's a problem, they have notes in their system. I was finally able to get a copy of a form that has a handwritten notation of a promotion, so hopefully if anything goes wrong, that is honored. We only got a one of the new phones because of the promotion, as we had been planning on keeping an older phone.

Worst experience buying a phone ever. Purchased the new iPhone Pro online, drove over 35 minutes to the store for them to say "Sorry we cancelled your order because we sold "YOUR" phone to this gentlemen". To make matters worse they actually didn't cancel my phone but rather switched it to be shipped to my house on NOVEMBER 18th. If I wanted an iPhone in NOVEMBER I would have ordered it online and not driven 35 minutes or better yet pre-order the Pro Max to get on NOVEMBER 13th! Poor judgement, Poor business practices, overall GARBAGE.

If I could give eleven stars, Jordan would get every single one of them.

Not only was I that jerk who came in a half hour before closing. But I also caused poor Jordan to stay at least two hours past closing.

This man just made the last two weeks of hell, turn around in two hours.

My main problem was that I needed to jailbreak a Verizon phone I had gotten, but I was an At&t customer. Didn't really care to change providers. Just needed to use the new phone with my current plan because it's the only phone I have right now that will connect to my hearing aids. And boy let me tell you. I really love hearing things. And for two weeks. I had zero choice. And I was desperate when I found my way to Jordan. Who even tried to see if I couldn't work something out with AT&T first! I think that was the tipping point for me. To know that this man wasn't trying to sell me a plan from the get go, but to actually provide me with information that he genuinely hoped would help me.

Unfortunately at&t couldn't.

And realistically I had already decided to switch because of Jordan.

As we were still fiddling with the new phone and trying to keep my old number.which didn't work, jordan talked about his wife. And how she was in the hospital.

This man. Gave his all to help me. Until close to midnight. While his family needed him too.

I can hear the birds chirping tonight. And that's all thanks to Jordan.

Jordan. If you see this. I'll never forget you. And I'll come to invite you to a cookout sometime. Really.

I had Verizon wireless a long time ago but switched to tmobile due to price. Due to the buy one get 1 free on both Apple and Samsung phones we switched back to them. This store was adequate in meeting our needs and services. Staff were nice and accommodating and their prices were as expected.

The Verizon Wireless Store in the Galleria Mall has the best sales reps. I went there today for questions I had about my new iPhone 10 x Max and spoke to Courtney, she was very knowledgeable about Apple phones and accessories, she helped make up my mind about staying with my Android phone or switching to Apple and I think I'm an Apple girl now! Thank you for all your help and patience (I had a lot of questions.) Overall I think my experience with that particular Verizon store was very good and it wasn't crowded when we arrived so that's an added plus.

Had taken a family member down to have their phone switched over to another one. Was greated and help for a short time. While I was help my family member with this.the person helping us had an attitude because he was not making any money because my family member was not buying a new phone. Then we asked for some one else's help. The lady's were very helpful. If you have problem and have a attitude leave it at the door don't be disrespectful to your customers.

This is one of the best Verizon Wireless stores I have ever been to, but please make sure you visit the real Verizon Store on the 1st level of the mall. The one on the 2nd story next to the food court also is labeled as a Verizon store but the couple of guys I ran into in that store were doing dirty business and trying to get me to cancel a line without telling me what was actually going on. They just wanted the new activation on my account. I know not all employees are dirty, but these two guys were willing to do whatever it took to get my business in their store when they clearly knew I was supposed to be visiting the down stairs store for an online sale.
