My air conditioning unit stopped working. They were able to send someone the same day. The tech was able to sort the issue out and fix it very quickly. Price was reasonable if you become a member. Great service and strongly recommended

Aaron is the technician from Vertex that serviced our HVAC system. Aaron was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely have him service our system again.

Adam came to check out my hvac system that was malfunctioning and do routine biannual maintenance. Fixed problem and answered my questions. Fine now.

Alex Rapp one of their technicians was phenomenal. While taking care of my units he was answering all my questions clearly and thoroughly. And he made sure my units was cleaned and working properly. Very happy with him and as always happy with Vertex for their services.

Great experience. They did a repair and a new mini-split installation. We just moved in and the place needed a bit of support;) it's all comfortable now.

We recently bought a new heat pump system from Vertex to replace our heinously inefficient 30-yo A/C and failing 12-yo gas furnace.

John, Dameon and Steve were great. The guys arrived early and quickly got to work after a brief tour followed by an outline of what to expect. By mid-morning, all of our old equipment had been removed, and the new units were in place. They then installed a new electrical circuit and ran new coolant lines and spent the rest of the day installing the electronics and the rest of the wiring, and finally testing and calibrating the system. At the end of the day, they gave us a quick tour and showed us how to use the new system. I was particularly impressed with how neatly all of the new lines and wiring was installed.

These guys worked hard, all day long. I don't think I ever saw them once standing still. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all, they each gained instant approval to remain on the premises from our rescue beagle-mix, Honey. (Hope she didn't get in the way too much, guys!)

I can't speak enough about how well today's install went. Our split-level layout (and somewhat cluttered basement) provided an ample challenge, but John, Dameon and Steve were more than a match for the task at hand. Genuinely nice people, and a pleasure to have around for the day as well. Plus, I think they left the spaces in which they worked cleaner than when they arrived. These guys take pride in their profession, and it showed. You've got a good team here, Vertex.

I use Vertex to service my geothermal unit. I am always impressed at their service, and competency. They are clear communicators and genuinely look out for their customers. This was my 2nd time
having them out and I’m grateful for service companies who understand service is a top priority.

Mike Elmer was extremely professional conducting our yearly maintenance. He explained what he was doing and the result of his visit. Excellent employee!

Mike Elmer, our personal favorite of the service techs was able to verify that the pump was working and made an adjustment to the alarm. Mike answered all my questions about the pump, alarm, the air scrubber Vertex carries and our Comfort Shield contract. Vertex handles all of our HVAC and plumbing needs.

Dameon, Steven and John put in our new system in and cleaned vents. Got our system in and worked hard all day. Took time to answer lots of questions and explained all about our system. Thank you!

After affirmation that ducts where clean and it was determined that the excess dust in home was micro in nature an air cleaner was installed on heating/cooling unit. The unanswered question is where is the dust coming from?

Happy to have Jared repair our furnace. Total professional service from the knock on the front door to leaving the driveway! Repair completed.

Zach O and a trainee came to clean our air ducts, but prior to starting the cleaning, they assessed our air ducts and gave a recommendation that avoided the need for them to have to continue with the process and rather found unhealthy growth and shared that our ducts were spotless. We appreciated the professionalism and consultative approach to their visit to make sure we address the real issue, rather than just coming and doing the job which would have spread potential hazardous allergens into our house. We installed the air scrubber which was a better solution for our home needs. Thank you!

Our first tech was Mike who diagnosed the condition. However parts were not available at that hour. Aaron returned the next day to complete the repair ahead of the freezing conditions. Both techs kept us updated on their arrival times.

Steve was very helpful with setting up our system. His team of install guys were very professional, clean and did a killer job with our new Bosch unit. Very clean, detailed work. Would highly recommend.

Mike with Vertex was amazing and the company did a great job getting him in to fix our heat (which also runs our hot water tank!). He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and got our system up and running within a couple of hours! Highly recommend!
