Dr. Steve is a great vet. He really cares about his patients and their people too. The staff are also very caring. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Steve.

We were so thankful for how accommodating the staff was at Vetcetra. We felt that our fur baby was cared for and appreciated that all of our concerns and questions were addressed. I feel so bad that I don't remember our nurse's name, but she was truely a rockstar! She reviewed Sylvie's information with me and was so kind along the way. We love Dr. Steve and Carol too. Feels like one big family! We are so thankful how willing the staff was to develop a plan in a short amount of time.

We are very pleased with the personal care provided to our 4-legged babies. Vetcetera was able to keep costs reasonable while still providing our dogs with love and care through their recent surgeries. Updating us through the day regarding their status. Kept my mind at ease knowing they were in such caring hands! My personal contact was with the 2 ladies that took the dogs back to surgery was great! They referred to my dogs as my kids (which is the truth!) I thought that was perfect! Personal care and low cost!

Nice, comfortable place with professional care tucked away in quiet country area. Not good with names, however everybody there is great. Dr Steve took the time to fully evaluate my cats condition and discuss treatment options.

I appreciate all the care that went into Gypsy's care! Both before her spay and after! The video link you receive in the pre op paperwork was informative and to the point and definitely made me feel better before she went in. Also all the notes that came home with her I have definitely referred to a couple times! Everyone honestly was wonderful! Phone calls with updates on her, and understanding staff made the process feel smooth!

I always feel wonderful bringing our cat to see everyone at Vetcetra. The staff is always so pleasant, caring and understanding when our cat is feeling a bit moody. They work hard to make him feel as comfortable and safe as possible while providing him the best care (the best our moody brat will allow lol). I tell people all the time I wouldn't take our pets anywhere else.

We stumbled across Vetcetera during a puppy emergency and we will never go back to our old vet. From the moment they answered the phone to the moment we got back in our car to leave, it was nothing but a positive experience. Our old vet made me feel like a bad dog mom when asking questions and judged our very shy puppy for not wanting to come out from under the chair to be examined. Dr Steve and Jess were the complete opposite! They took their time and talked to the pup, my human kids, and me (even during an emergency appointment that was squeezed in at the end of the day!) You can feel the love for animals that all of the staff have and I can't recommend them enough!

For 14 years I have been taking my dog to
Dr. Steve. Best decision I made. He is amazing. His staff is the best to work with. Great people and very caring. They take very good care of the animals and make the visits less stressful on them. They really know how to handle them.

My cat, Lila has always been nervous around new people. The doctor brought a nice calming energy that made Lila feel as comfortable as she could. He was very thorough. The staff was also so welcoming even though I was late. I can be so terrible with names, but everyone was amazing. Being accomidating to my lateness.

Dr Steve and his staff are great. My pets always receive a thorough exam. Any questions I have are answered without rushing me out the door. Watching the way Dr Steve interacts with my pets shows me how much he truly cares about animals. I also especially like that you pay your bill in the exam room now. It was always a hassle trying to keep my dogs controlled while I was digging through my purse for my wallet, then digging through my wallet for payment, and then digging looking for my calendar to schedule another appt.

I have known Dr Steve for 10+ years and Have nothing but great experiences. Dr Steve has build a great relationship with our dog, build his trust and is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful, on any account that we had come to the office. He is patient and takes his time on examination. I appreciate all of you! Also, the office is accommodating and easy to schedule, even though we live farther away.

The service is also extremely prompt. I have never had an issue where I had to wait for very long after arriving for our appointment time.
