My grandfather was a patient at VibraLife for a little over 2 weeks. He was not in the greatest condition coming from the hospital, but my family trusted that the staff here would be able to assist in his recovery. I want to personally thank the entire team for their generosity, support and excellent care that they provided during this time. Through your efforts, he was able to return back to my grandmother, where they are currently living. I am forever grateful for everything that Vibra has done!

We want to thank the Vibra Life staff for the wonderful care my brother in law received from your caring Staff!
It made a challenging situation into a positive one. The nurses, social worker, transitional nurse always took the time to answer to answer our questions. They always went the extra mile.
With gratitude.

My father in law was a patient at Vibra Life after a lengthy hospitalization. He received good care and excellent therapy. He was able to transition to Country Meadows where he now lives. Thank you for all you do!

My brother was a patient at Vibralife for over 2 weeks and had a great experience. He and my family felt included in the care and treated with respect. The nurses and therapy team were responsive and thorough and kept me informed as his POA. Jackie, from the authorization office was especially amazing as she worked diligently to obtain the care my brother needed. She definately went the extra mile.

Thank you everyone for making a difficult situation so much easier.

Vibra Death should be the name. Horrible. My mother was there for a day and a half. Day 1- they put her in a wheel chair, rolled her into her room and that was it. (They did bring her dinner). After 3 hours I went out and asked if there was a plan. They finally came in to do an "assessment. " I asked if she would have all of her evening medications and was told " if we have them. " Apparently the pharmacy is by Philly and meds wouldn't be delivered until morning. Ummmm.they are heart meds!

She is on a diabetic heart healthy diet. They served her pancakes with syrup, tater tots, cherry pie, grape juice and orange juice. When she questioned it she was told that WAS their heart healthy diet.

Physical therapy literally almost killed her. She had been in the hospital for a month prior. PT thought it was a good idea to have her lift weights and ride a hand bike for 10 min straight. After PT she went unconscious and was unresponsive 6 different times. Ambulance finally called and she went back to the ER and hospital for another 11 days.

They threw away her personal belongings (along w her medical devices) and I called several times with a run around about where they are and how to get them from Paul, the nurse.

DO NOT send your loved one here. Patients smelled. When urine was on the floor they threw a towel down and no cleaner. Patients did not look happy or well kept. All the workers are temps.

Brad Hollinger who owns this place should be turned in for everything. The building is beautiful.but looks are deceiving!

Do not go to Vibra Death!

This was the 1st rehab I had ever been to & let me tell you, it was a nightmare! The time I spent here was by far the absolute WORST care I’ve ever had. The majority of the staff are RUDE & do not care about the patients at all. I could count on one hand the good staff vs worst! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone that loves their family members.
When ringing for assistance you wait for a very LONG time. One nurse aid became quite irate when I told her I had waited at least 2 hours for a response & she started raising her voice saying i wasn’t the only patient there & it was no wonder this rehab could only hire from the temp agency & went on & on. I reported her & was told this type of behavior is not tolerated & is something one could be fired for, but she was there a couple of days later & I made it clear I didn’t want her near me! It’s pretty obvious she was given a slap on the wrist. I can only imagine how they treat patients that can’t speak up or defend themselves. Another nurse aid who was very hard to understand when she spoke, came in the because my roommate rang for help & the aid walked past her & went straight into the bathroom with door open & was on her cell phone at least 15-20 minutes & peeking out to make sure she wasn’t caught. This same aid came to my bedside when done with my roomie & I tried telling her I didn’t call for her & she kept yelling, let me do my job & pulled one side of the brief so hard I screamed & she finally stopped & pretended to be gentler, what a joke.
Hard to believe a place as such would hire such awful staff!
To reiterate, if you love your family member, mame sure you check reviews before sending someone there!

This place does not deserve 1 star. My dear dad came here for a more slow rehab program. He was barely there 4 days and I had to insist on an xray or something for the severe abdominal pain my dad started having. Imagine that it showed good reason. I then again had to insist they call an ambulance. The CRNP stated she could care for him there without hospitalization! What a joke. Upon one of our first visits my husband who is a nurse manager (@ Wellspan) noticed the CNA didn't even have my dad's oxygen tank turned on when she moved him to wheelchair. When he told her, she actually admitted to not knowing how to do that! My dad was on 4-5 liters constantly! My dad had a severe infection and if we did not demand an ambulance, I feel he would have died. Also, my dad declined greatly in a days time there, i stepped out to make a phone call and when i came back in room the medication staff gave my dad a cup of multiple pills, just sat it on stand. My dad was not able to maneuver, little alone feed himself or take a drink! How did she think he was taking these pills? Further more why didn't she stay and help him so she knew he had his medication? Another day I found a pill under his bed, one in blanket! How nice, those meds were missed and important ones! NEGLECT, NEGLECT, NEGLECT! In his short stay there, I have many other issues with staff and lack of care. I ended up spending a lot of days there so he would be taken care of. DO NOT send your loved here. I made a big mistake agree to his placement here.

Wouldn't even give a star but I have to.
I requested an ambulance to have my mother transferred to the hospital. Thank goodness I did because another hour in this place and my mother would have been dead.
I live across the country and trusted this facility to take care of my mother while in rehab. The Dr.never saw her once and the so-called Nurse Practitioner would have left my mother die rather than get her the medical care she needed. How can these people say they care when they let this kind of thing happen? !
I would NOT send my loved one to this facility for any reason!

Do NOT send your loved ones here if you care about them. This place represents the poorest quality of care. We spent 3 years trying to get my dad to agree to physical rehab and after a short hospital stay and minor surgery that required IV antibiotics, he agreed to go. Our hope was that with 24 hour care and trained therapists, he would start to gain the strength back in his legs and back that he had just a few months before. Instead, he was completely neglected. They would not let us see him and his condition worsened far worse than I have ever seen him. They would not communicate with us or return calls or requests to communicate with his cardiologist who wanted to prescribed him a heavier dosage of diuretics. He filled with fluid and gained 37 pounds in just over a month, developed sores that opened from his feet to his hips because his legs had swollen so drastically, and rashes and sores from not being moved and bathed properly. I called for 5 days straight and had to go to the facility to speak with someone. I had to demand that I see my father because his breathing sounded extremely labored on the phone. When I picked him up, his legs were swollen and hard as a rock and he could barely breathe. His 30+ day stay that was meant to be a rehabilitative stay where his health improved resulted in me rushing him to York Hospital where he had to stay for an additional 2.5 weeks. They didn't take him outside the entire time he was there and we had to come to his window outside just to see him. They wouldn't even let him open the window so we had to yell inside just to talk to him. The place is a prison that collects your loved ones insurance money so they can completely neglect their health while they treat you like a nuisance. The place is a complete disgrace and your loved ones will not be treated with any sort of dignity or respect while there. Please do not allow this asylum take your family member prisoner.

My 82-year old mom went to VibraLife to recover from a pelvic fracture after a 10-day hospital stay where progress had been slow, but happening a little every day. She declined at VibraLife, leaving after three weeks with a 20-pound weight loss, a cough and a severe UTI. Neglect is a word used in many previous comments about VibraLife and deservedly so. During her stay there, she lost significant strength and mobility. Medications were not delivered on time. On weekends, she was left alone and in bed. Visitation was for a half-hour per week. She was there during many beautiful days in September, when I encouraged her to try and sit outside in the courtyard. However she was afraid they would forget she was out there. After almost two weeks of constant inquiring and complaining, someone shared that I could attend my mom's physical therapy-something that would have been good to know from the beginning. That is where my one star should go. The physical therapist who worked with my mom was kind and encouraging, (and likely not even affiliated with VibraLife). Eventually my mom was discharged-weak, frail and more depressed—because she was not “progressing. ” Not surprising at all given the care she received. Since she was still not recovered from her injury, we moved her to a different facility for additional rehab, where she is healing, getting stronger, smiling and receiving excellent care. A WORLD of difference. If your insurance company tries to send your loved one to VibraLife, say "no way. "

I worked at VibraLife as a CNA for around 4 years. I did my best to provide the best care possible as I love taking care of people. Never had I ever before worked for an organization that treated its employee's and patients so poorly. They are consistently so understaffed it would not be unusual for me to be assigned over 20 patients to care for BY MYSELF! The patients are routinely neglected of such basic services as bathing. Do not let the beautiful exterior fool you, beneath the lovely decor is an organization out for 1 thing only.a profit and bonuses for the executives! It is the patients and staff who suffer, are neglected, and robbed of their dignity. And Covid has just made it easier for them to operate so shamefully because family is no longer able to visit and hear how poorly their loved ones are being treated. I am so happy to have moved on and hope others will read this and avoid the suffering I witnessed much too often.

I cannot begin to say enough about the excellent service Vibra Life gave to my family. My mother was there as part of end of life compassionate care. She had a very difficult year in a home in MD. When we were able to get her to PA at Vibra Life they treated her with dignity and respect. The staff went above and beyond to care for her as well as my sister and I as we were going through a very hard time. Mom passed last Thursday they way she wanted to with her girls by her side. Thank you John and staff you are a gift in this world.

Have a loved one there. Had a really bad experience with Beth Dell. No mask and very rude. Management ignored complaint. Yelling constantly and really bad attitude.

My mother went to VibraLife for gentle physical therapy because of her advanced age. (96) Unfortunately her health was failing. I cannot say enough about the kindness and respect that she was shown. When she was moved to comfort care, the care she received could not have been better. I can't say enough good things about this, beautiful facility and its caring, upbeat staff. My mom passed away at VibraLife today, one day short of her 97th birthday. They showed us love and kindness to the end of her life, leaving me with absolutely no regrets.

Terrible experience with this facility! Employee Beth has no regard for the pandemic whatsoever, no mask and no social distance measures with patients and visitors alike. Not acceptable in this field with all that is going on, will not return or recommend!

I would not recommend Vibra Life, and I was only there for four days. I sat on a bed pan for one hour and 15 minutes one time. I also had to wait one hour and 10 minutes for pain medication after requesting them several times. Most times, I waited 30 minutes after ringing my bell before anyone would show up. I also woke up one night and found another patient in my room in her wheel chair watching my TV. The aides said they had been looking for her! I found there were two really good nurses on day shift and two really good aides on day shift too. The facility is nice but deceiving.
