I really wish I can give them five stars. I had them for almost 3 years. Their system is really easy to use. However, they didn’t get five stars because when I was about to sell my house but end up, not selling it due to the buyers. They try to make me sign a three-year lease again instead of allowing me to finish out the remainder of that contract. The Lady was extremely rude, I mean extremely rude.

Have been a client for nearly a decade now. Victor has always been quick to respond to my questions or concerns and I’ve been happy with the service. But I was particularly reminded how great they are when I had my windows replaced recently. I figured I would have to get all new sensors.but was told that was not necessary they can use the old sensors. Which I feel as tho other companies would have taken full advantage of my naivety and just sold me a whole new system. That kind of customer service is just rare these days. They came out quickly to attach old sensors to new windows and upgrade the system to run off of cellular. Again.just stellar service from the people who work in the office to on-site installation.

Have been with Victor Security for over 12 years. Have not needed service too much but when we did, they were there to help. Always try to fix issue over the phone without a service call but when they can’t a technician is sent out as quickly as possible.
