Victoria's Kitchen & Catering reviews
16Uhm yea hi hello, I ordered yams and got green beans, and my barbecue chicken was extremely cold if I can give a 0 star I would.
I order 2 fried chicken wing platter with a side of greens and potatoe salad that cost me a whopping $78 dollars for the food not to be absolutely delicious although the fried wings was good, and I had to wait 90 minutes for it. This food not worth my money or time and the prices are absolutely ridiculous Victoria you need to be ashamed of yourself for robbing the people with your prices.
The wait for the food is not worth it at all waited over a hour after being told 30-45 minutes than lied to when I came to pick it up they had just started to cook my food will never dine here again horrible.
This used to be a good soul food place but it fallen way short. Never has everything listed on menu. Turkey chops could be used to actually "chop" wood.they were so tuff they may have been "wood". The baked chicken had to be over a week old.not good at all. The chicken wings were good but did NOT come close to making up for all. Terrible!
Food was good, but service could have been much better.long wait. Prices are a little high also.and no cornbread or collard greens on day we went. What kind of soul food place doesn't have those?
Just returned home to Philly after a long drive and decided to call in. I asked for tuna macaroni and they don't sell it. I ordered fried whiting, yams and collards with lemon cake. The food was okay and the whiting fish had a nice flavor. But the yams are on the dry side. I had to wait almost an hour and the whole order was almost $30. Thats crazy! Its whiting fish for goodness sake.
Took 3.5 hours to get food. 1 uber eats driver left. The 2nd waited forever. We call restaurant, they say they told the driver to call us to say they were out of what we ordered? The driver doesn't work for VK. Shouldn't a staff member have called? Anyway, we finally get the food almost 4 hours later. My girl's seafood salad was missing, and they messed up my order. I wanted plain beef ribs. They gave me bbq. There is no excuse for an order that took HOURS to make to still be wrong. Astoundingly unprofessional.
I called my order in and gave it an hour before going to pickup my meal because of the long wait on past orders. When I called the order in I was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. When I arrived an hour after calling, my order still wasn't ready and wasn't even being prepared. I waited an additional 35 minutes. The food was okay but that was my third and LAST TIME ORDERING. THE WAIT IS NOT WORTH IT!
Victoria's is a staple to the West Oak Lane community with authentic soul food and desserts. Great place to call in and take out.
This is the best food I've tasted in a long time! Definitely gotta try everything on the menu now. #veryhappycustomer
I've had dine in, take out and delivery. I enjoyed all services and food provided. I loved the collard spring rolls, cakes, smothered turkey wings and fried fish. Hope this helps, got to go.
Never tried but the Door Dash I picked up smelled amazing pricing seems steep but fair at the same time customer service is nice food took a little long to get the customer order but again I think it's attributed to the taste and popularity of their food imma go and order some for myself and will review stay tuned for a Dope and honest update
The food is ok but now they are way overpriced I paid 26.50 for a chicken wing platter not only did her price go way up but she also cut back on the portions she use to give out 5-6 wings for $15 now it’s only 4 wings I think she has to many ppl working there so to compensate that she went up on prices and cut back portions
Best Soul Food experience in West Oak Lane! It's a Black Owned establishment, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious! I ordered the baked chicken with greens and mac. It hit all the spots! Food was fresh and hot, too! When there is nothing but Chinese takeout and pizza stores around, this is a restaurant that stand out and alone!
I just placed an order from victorious kitchen or door dash instead of someone contacted me about the missing items that, they canceled my whole order when I got to the store and was waiting for my order order
