Victoria's Secret, King of Prussia PA

Have been shopping at Victoria Secret for 35 years. Still a size 6. So it all still looks good.

It’s too bad that Victoria’s Secret has gone downhill in recent years I think the quality of the product is still pretty decent but having said that the customer service is and was horrific this past experience. One evening I waited 27 minutes to go in to get fitted I did not actually get a proper fitting but they just kind of guessed which I could understand and then when I went to purchase the bras of course they didn’t have the appropriate size because they don’t carry sizes past 38. Then when I went up to purchase part of my order and order the rest to be sent to my home I explained to the sales person that there was only a certain amount on the gift card that I was handing her and she said that the gift card should cover everything. I knew that wasn’t going to be the case but instead of the company actually reaching out and communicating that the order was canceled because there wasn’t enough money on the card they just didn’t do anything at all meaning they didn’t care that they would lose a customer. Now the online store is telling me the story dropped the ball and now the store is telling me online dropped the ball I never want to support a company who is not on the same page all the way throughout. From here forward I will be purchasing products at an alternate company.

Someone from corporate needs to get a hold of the manager in this store. The kind of hostility we experienced was out of this world. All just because we were returning some items and they didn't like the way they had to go around the system on their computers. I don't even have words to describe it. Mind you we were pretty calm during the whole situation.

Yesterday, I ran in for a time sensitive photo shoot. The team was wonderful! They informed me what products were in stock and took me around the store to find items I needed. The greeter, manager and check out were very friendly and helpful! Thank you for all of your help!

Well it was very AWKWARD for me, Other customers made me feel like I shouldn't be their.if it wasn't for Christmas I wouldn't be their.it was hard to find help. Also didn't really have many suggestions. But a very sweet woman. She did try, just want picking up what I was looking for, I should have shopped online.: (

The checkout lady was like am doing a favor on you by checking out your stuff. They need to hire more customer friendly people, and she did not even said thank u and gave a weird look. Would def go for the amazing collection and scents but one star for the customer service.

Well it was a couples traveling and shopping day and we must of spent at least 2 hours in here and when I got home I couldn't be any happier thank to the wonderful ladies in that helped my girl you ladies are awesome.

No help offered. Workers talking about the customers and how they make fun of them when they call and ask for the manager and how they get away with stuff. Very disappointing to find out after all these years.

This is located inside the mall so the plus is you get to do a lot other stuff along with shopping for necessaries. They have nice collection, and multiple check out station so wait time is minimal. The staff is friendly and not pushy

I'm like a lot of guys. For me, VS is required shopping around any holiday, or just because. This one is huge! Pretty much carries the ENTIRE line and the staff is very helpful.

While this store had some very nice panties, on this trip I couldn't find what I was looking for exactly. I will however be back. Careful with this mall, it is huge and easy to get turned around. The interactive maps in the mall I found to be not very helpful, get a printed version which are available.
