Victoria's Secret & PINK, Pittsburgh PA

Absolutely amazing staff! So helpful, found certain sizes I could not find. Plus gave me discounts that I was totally unaware of until afterwards when I looked at the receipt.

I can see the change, too bad they didn't come up with it own their own. Now maybe they will have sizes for everyone in everything

The store is well organized, a little light on product though (couldn't find much in my size), and staff is friendly, but I just can't get past the price tags. So expensive and the quality is nothing like it used to be.

I was there today to buy a couple of things and I was pleasantly surprised with how nice your employees are at this location! I normally shop at Pink and Victoria Secret at South Hills Village mall, because that location is closer to me, but I will definitely be back to this location! Thank you for making me feel so welcomed to your Robinson store!

The customer service is excellent, missy was phenomenal. The store was clean, the employees were pleasant and helpful. The other manager greeted us and as we left asked how our visit was. Always a great experience

I was there with my daughter. LOL Although she made me feel uncomfortable it was pleasant in the store. Good customer service friendly masked faces.

The staff are genuinely nice, down to earth and go out of their way to make sure your fitted for correct sizes asking with guaranteeing you find what your looking for.

I always have a great and confident feeling when I walk out this store. Great products and super friendly staff.

My fiance' was very pleased! The floor sales rep handled our exchanges, for appropriate sizes and fit, and where each item we needed exchanged, was located exactly in each department! Came back to the dressing room to check on the size and was very pleasant and helpful! The young lady at the register was also very helpful with the exchanges and even told us, the one bra that was not in stock for her size, would be sent to our home! She was also, very pleasant and helpful! No wonder there are Victoria Secret store everywhere! Quality product that lasts!

Very nice and helpful staff. 2 days after Christmas - waiting in line for an exchange and they have all the registers open to make the line go faster. Great!

5 Stars for Chantel. She was so wonderful and helpful. She made me feel comfortable an helped me find the best bra I've ever owned. As for the other employees my husband an I encountered I'm not sure what to say. As I was in the dressing room my husband was confronted several times asking who he was an what he was doing and who he was there with by the same person. Even asking what my name was to make sure he was there with someone. Now we walked in hand in hand an he was beside me the whole time until I went back to try on. That aside when I came out I was taken to the Bra section I needed to be in and since they had a sale on that particular bra I wanted to purchase two. Five times as I was looking the same woman came up and bothered us. I told her I was just trying to figure out another color because they only had one black left an I like to keep it simple. I finally seen they had the same sizes in a draw bellow an had more black and she was back again. Finally retreating to the checkout Paid and went to exit the store. Mind you this was my first time in Robinsons Victoria Secret. We made are way around people trying to exit the store when the lady who had originally spoken with me came up an ask me what i got but before I even had a chance to answer snatched ahold of my bag an looked in it. Which made me feel like some kind of criminal! Like if you wanna see whats in my bag just ask. I just wanted to get some bras. Maybe I took it the wrong way but where I come from there's a little more tastefulness in how you act. I'm not bashing this establishment nor saying it is a bad place. Just hope if I go back it will be a better experience overall. Again Thank You Chantel you are by far the best employee I encountered Nov-9-19. We need more people like you in this world.

Great service today at the Robinson Mall. Zoe help me put together a great walk/jog outfit (on sale!) & I used my birthday coupon!

Expensive but nice when there's coupons in the mail
Staff seems to only approach the well to do.
Went in one day (chore day) so I was not in my best I got ignored.
Advice dont judge a book by cover people have jobs because of customers.

They had an amazing so I love the store if you have a Victoria's Secret card you can also use it Bath & Body if you didn't know
