Victoria's Secret & PINK, Springfield PA

My go to store for my underwears, Lounge wear, and sleep wear. It’s close to home and it’s always clean and someone is always there to help with a smile. Customer service is top notch at this store.

Just had fun hanging out with my lady while she shopped. Noticed I was the only man in the store who wasn't an employee.

Clothes are cute but the workers are rude and abnoxious so I will not be going back to that Pink ever again!

I like PINK a lot as a teenage girl but I was in there with my mom and the workers were so cocky, they looked like they didn't want to be there. As I was picking out shirts with my mom, one of the workers there went to "organize" the clothes THAT WE WERE GOING THROUGH TRYING TO FIND MY SIZE! I say get better workers that are going to be actually nice instead of act like ur not there. ALSO at the cash resigner the girl working there looked like she didn't wanna be there right, she didnt even ask me if I wanted to sign up to anything which they usually do. PINK/ Victoria Secret, get better workers.

Very nice guy upfront. Had alot of L & XL for us curvy girls. The girls were very helpful too

Another great trip w/ a great sale to match! 3 bra's, Spy and Lotion under 70 dollars. The service was wonderful. 3 lovely ladies assisted me and all were fabulous. Thank you all.

I went there today to get my girl friend some body spray, the male cashier was invasively questioning a female customer. It was odd, she had a baby snd spent a lot of money. The man was treating her rudely but she didnt say anything. I dont know what is wrong with that man.

To be honest, this is one of my favorite Victoria’s Secret locations. I usually visit on the off days- during the weekday or morning and the service is perfect. I’ll admit when they get crowded around the holidays it does get a little crazy, but isn’t that the nature of the beast? Good selection of items and sizes, new items, and plenty of sale items.

I spend $150 on pants and i had my daughters helping to pick out under wear. This lady scream at my 2 years baby girl for giving me a body spray she wanted me to buy. I don't like how she treated and pick on my baby so i don't care to go back this store.

I like Victoria’s Secret mostly just for the body mist sprays but I would recommend if you want a full fresh bottle of spray rather than a spray that has been used, which is mostly what you get at most Victoria’s Secrets, just buy them online that’s your best option honestly. The underwear is always scattered around everywhere and it’s always so crowded every time I go there, from the employees to customers.

I bought some stuff for my fiance I had a couple coupons the suffix still expensive it's very nice as long as my fiance like that and it wasn't that bad today busy wise

Floor manager was rude, customer service skills on 0 when asking for something simple as an out of stock size.long lines and their floor displays by the register are FILTHY. S/O to the worker from KOP she was helpful and even directed me to another store for something I couldn't find!
