Victoria's Secret & PINK, Erie PA

I asked a question and the lady was extremely rude and wouldn't help me find a specific bra I was looking for
the store wasn't busy either.
I'll stick to shopping online

I had a coupon for t w o free pants but I had to buy something so I bought lip gloss which I now keep in my purse for the winter months.

Bunch of rude employees at the Millcreek Mall one. Will definitely not go back to this location. I'd rather order online for my wife and so would she after the way she was treated at this location. I understand being under staffed however that doesn't give you the right to treat folks with the kind of attitude that we have experienced on multiple occasions.

It's ok. I usually order on line. Too pushie. Don't try to sell me something I told you I don't want. That's why I order on line

I like the men's scents but the prices keep climbing on already overpriced products. And they discontinued my favorite one.

Employees were kind and helpful. Good sales. My only complaints are that the yoga pants do not always have xl as an option and the wait to cash out was almost twenty minutes. They should pull someone from the floor when needed or schedule another cashier so that customers don't have to wait in line so long.

I ordered two bras, one of them is the wrong bra. When I contacted the live chat about a return they would mail me a return label but their solution was to ask my job if I can utilize their company products to print a return label for their mistakes. My question is why can't Victoria secret print a return label and mail it to me. It was their mistake after all. Why should I be held responsible to find a way to print a label and return the shipment? That's absurd to me that was the solution to their mistake. Absolutely unprofessional.

Best store in the Universe. They are so professional. I loved it! Their clothes are the most comfortable in this entire universe. It’s worth the price. I promise you. It’s incredible. I can’t tell you how extremely happy I was with my purchases. I will never use a different bra. So comfortable! The staff are the best too! There’s a reason their not constantly looking for people. They are an incredible business. I would love to work here one day! I talked to someone who worked there about it and they said I was gorgeous and my personality was perfect. I am looking forward to them hiring. This is the best business I have ever seen in my life. Keep up the good work!

One of m favorite stores, anyone who doesn't no what to ever get me for a gift, I am searching for a perfume or even the mist called Blush.

It was pretty nice in there and the service was great but there was a bad smell near the thongs.

The most widest selection on panties (they smell real good). It was fun until I got kicked out after getting caught with the mannequin

Love, the store BUT saw a lady shoplifting with a Pink bag that is too be used to fill while shopping. The sad thing is that she had her young daughter with her and she even asked her mother if she paid for the articles. (Millcreek mall)

The employees there are so helpful! They know almost everything about all of their products. I am never disappointed when I leave there.

I understand with this pandemic that things are going to change but I don't know how you can expect people to purchase your very highly priced merchandise without being able to try it on 1st. I've been to several other stores during this time and all of the changing rooms are open.
